Damn, I can't believe I missed this when it first aired. It's so refreshing to hear someone truly speaking their mind during these sickly sanitized times, being authentic and not being compromised by an easily pleased mindset, corporate tribalism, fear of offending the perma-offended, political ideology, having ties with a suspect retailer..... That, and having respect for their viewers, and not slowing down their speech (which comes across as if the content creator believes he's talking to a special needs class). Nice touch showing that message at the start.

I can't believe it's been 4 years. I can't remember the last time I've watch a review of a 1/6 figure. These new lot, the Australian fellow or that ginger who cries about Sideshow 24/7 just don't have it. They come across fake and like their just pushing for their commision of seller websites. Here it just always seemed like a friend, peer, a fellow collector sharing his thoughts on a figure, it's ups and downs and was it worth the price, it never felt like promo or attention seeking. It was honest. We were treated the same and not like a slurm queen to suck ad revenue and sponsorship commission from. Thanks Ric. This looks great, and you're right that even basic Hot Toys figures are well over $200, this seems like a good value. My start into 1/6 was Modern Military, and it's been a long time since one of those figures sold for less than 200 bucks. Your points system is still unique, even though I say it to myself when unboxing a new figure..."that headsculpt of Marty McFly gets a Four outta Five." Cheers mate!

I started collecting hot toys back in the day watching you, uncle clipper. TH-cam collector cummunity all miss you and hopefuly you consider doing something like a podcast or a weekly/biweekly/monthly/quarterly comment video on some announced figures but we all understand that real life takes priority. Holy crap I never though I’d see another video from the legend again! I hope you’ve been doing good these last few years since we’ve seen you on here! Plus, this review swayed me into getting this figure. I was happy with the Rambo 3 figure as my only Rambo but this figure turned out well and you showcased it beautifully as you always do.
Lol lol when posing figures its kinda a science to me , when you’re moving something so delicate by a matter of millimetres and you can be bang on or a mile off its so rewarding when you know you’ve nailed one. And in all honesty when you look around at youtube or Facebook or Instagram you can see that some collectors find it so hard to get realistic, natural or dynamic poses.
Great review as always! Pretty sure the strange quotes on the art box are from a translated version of the film. My guess is that ThreeZero took the Chinese translated version of the film, and then directly translated those lines back into english for the packaging. Hilarious.
Great detailed and depth review 👍 I think that the reason you are in high demand is because you buy your own figures with your own money in full, no sponsorship, no promotion, no hidden agenda , NO FREEBIES and you just tell it like it is . The other two 😪 Deano Americano Knight and Justin are just shilling for retailers and companies that produce the figures. Lets see if Stallone shop/ Kaustic Plastik have the balls to send you one of their Rambo First Blood figures for review. I wil bet that they wouldn't EVER !

Don't you think that the hot toys rambo is a perfect body for this version? This one is to big for stalon.. He wasn't that big in first blood but the hot toys first blood is perfect i think.. You should sawp the body.. Is what i will do im looking to get the old hottoys one. 👍
