Ok I got a G13 b making 300 whp It takes a lot of work to make this power I’m probably into 10,000$ into it And that doesn’t include turbo or injectors or fuel system It is reliable But I try to keep the boost down to 18 psi Look at Engine Swap Depot G13 Green Starlet Hillclimb car
I Had a stock g13b and need some help and advice. What i have to do to get 200 or 250 horsepower ? Can i use the Stock ecu ? Did i nee Arp head bolts. What Kind of Injektion nozzels and fuel Pump i need to Take ? Your Car ist Just amazing that is amazing Here in Germany say everybody the g13b ist slow. I want Show them that they know nothig about This engine Thank you for your work
I'm assuming that your car makes about 90 hp so from there, since its an N/A engine you wont get much benefit from ecu upgrade. To get a huge bump in hp all you can do is turbocharge it. Turbo it, custom ecu, upgraded clutch and transmission, upgraded suspension and exhaust. Basically it'll cost quite a bit.

Rueban Marquez asked a question on how much boost I use and fuel type to get 300 whp from my G13 b I use fuel grade E100 mixed with 100 octane low lead Avgas in a ratio of 85 E to 15 Avgas by volume I have std compression of 10 to 1 Boost is 18 lbs on high But usually use 14 lbs as the car on tarmac hillclimbs is too snappy 1300 cc injectors fed by 3 fuel pumps Block is half filled with Embarco grout Used by NASA to repair launch pad Borg Warner 62/58 turbo Evo intercooler with spray bars 60 mm throttle body 3 inch open side exhaust Massive air cleaner Std cams but TRD solid lifters PAC racing titanium keepers Brian Crower retainers Ferrera comp 6000 valves both sides 1 mm oversized Berilium seats Evo 10 manganese Bronze e guides Max Speeding rods Which are cheap but seem really good Block has ARP through out But all helicoil d with double length I don’t mind helping people But be aware horsepower that’s reliable really costs money
I really appreciate it I finally made some changes and I’m either at 300 HP now or just a little under. Today I actually scored another twin cam engine!!!
I'm pretty sure that the g13b bolts straight up to the samurai gearbox. It's only the g16a, g16b and g16bb that need conversion kits. When the g13b is bolted in, just use the wiring loom from the swift or what ever you got the engine from.
The Swift GTI twin cam crankshaft is forged from factory, bolts in samurai block, you can use Suzuki vitara 1.6 pistons, we have adapter plate for Honda d16z intake manifold, adapt Honda ignition distributor to Suzuki or go ecm cam trigger, with baleno 1.6 crank pulley
May I ask how you’d adapt the short intake cam that runs with distributor to work with the distributorless cam sensor setup . The length needs to extend for the cam to have trigger wheel to give input to the cam sensor that sits about 2-3 inches away from the intake cam
Amazing engine! Very aggressive, love it:)!
400 from 1.3 thats amazing work ❤

You need an aftermarket ecu, safer to go with head studs and bigger injectors with the turbo
I'm assuming that your car makes about 90 hp so from there, since its an N/A engine you wont get much benefit from ecu upgrade. To get a huge bump in hp all you can do is turbocharge it. I have the same setup and I only make 250hp maybe. What am I doing wrong???
Where i can get motor? G13b usa?

I use fuel grade E100 mixed with 100 octane low lead Avgas in a ratio of 85 E to 15 Avgas by volume
I have std compression of 10 to 1
Boost is 18 lbs on high
But usually use 14 lbs as the car on tarmac hillclimbs is too snappy
1300 cc injectors fed by 3 fuel pumps
Block is half filled with Embarco grout
Used by NASA to repair launch pad
Borg Warner 62/58 turbo
Evo intercooler with spray bars
60 mm throttle body
3 inch open side exhaust
Massive air cleaner
Std cams but TRD solid lifters
PAC racing titanium keepers
Brian Crower retainers
Ferrera comp 6000 valves both sides 1 mm oversized
Berilium seats
Evo 10 manganese Bronze e guides

Which are cheap but seem really good
