The injectors on a 7.3 are ran by high pressure oil to so AMSOIL really shines in one. The HEUI injection system can see oil pressure over 2800 psi. With amsoil the oil doesn’t shear as much and causes that injection system to run like butter. Cheaper oils can cause stiction on the injectors.

for a Ford F150, that’s coolant capacity is about 21 quarts, how much of the antifreeze concentrate coolant should I add when doing a complete flush of the old coolant?
That's a great question if it was my truck I would do a triple drain and fill with distilled water running make sure it's running super clear then I would run the Amsoil propylene glycol which is the white bottle that's the one that I personally use I would run 33 percent concentrate 66% distilled water with the Dominator coolant boost. That's if you live somewhere mild and warm if you live somewhere extremely cold you're going to need more concentrate for the cold flow protection then you would want to add more concentrate to the coldest temperatures your environment has. There is also an oil rail crossover from Riffraff Diesel that helps with oil pressure differences between the heads.
