Workout Breakdown:
1. Warm-Up: Mobility drills and stretches - activate lats, quads and lower back as well as open up hips.
2. Deadlifts: Technique focused session involving tempo and pause deadlifts, to work on specific phases of the lift.
3. Accessory Exercises:
- Pull Ups
- Weighted Dips
- RDLs
