Had nothing to do with money; but had everything to do with getting to know who you are...because the issue with money is that it's "you" who are dealing with it...and most people don't know themselves.

I would recommend a few other books: The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel Die With Zero by Bill Perkins The Millionaire Fastlane and Unscripted by M.J. DeMarco (two books) Atomic Habits by James Clear
Read all of those. Great recommendations. And they were missing from this. I would add one other book: The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgensen. Great guide on how to build wealth in this century with frameworks on how to think about things and be that rare combination of happy and successful

Depending on your existing social circles, embodying it becomes excruciating when trying to gently let go of the existing relationships in your life that are not yet willing to adopt these principles and discover new people who do. I’ve been turned off from them lately after running into so much regurgitated information. Money Master the Game was the first book I read. I was in law school working at a Starbucks in a bookstore when it first came out and the title grabbed me. Was fortunate to read that book BEFORE I started my first career job. It affected the time, amount, and of my first house (which has grown into 5 houses), how I budgeted my wedding, and got me to start investing in the market early. I’ved now purchased that book for two of my younger associates a decade later ❤

Money Master the Game was the first book I read. I was in law school working at a Starbucks in a bookstore when it first came out and the title grabbed me. Was fortunate to read that book BEFORE I started my first career job. It affected the time, amount, and of my first house (which has grown into 5 houses), how I budgeted my wedding, and got me to start investing in the market early.
I’ved now purchased that book for two of my younger associates a decade later ❤
