Hi Trish!! Wow, I’m still sore from my butt cheeks and upper arms from Mondays workout! This tells me I’m doing the exercises right! Feels good, eating right…with occasional cheat days, great workouts and combinations that make me want more! Today’s combos were fun. I have found that I get dizzy, if my head goes on different directions like the side wood chops side to side…I think it’s called. I did it slowly and it was ok….thanks again Trish!! I’ve been exercising for over 30yrs, and I feel good, also, keeping my weight down…started at 198, my goal was 175, but have kept it between 160-163! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😂❤ You make them fun, effective and keep the combinations fun!! @suzanneavina4744 Hello Suzanne. I know the strength exercises can leave you feeling stiff for a few days afterwards! Warm showers or even a soak in a bath is so helpful. Getting in some movement eventhough it's the last thing you feel like doing!! These are all very helpful to allow for a faster recovery. I find eating well especially protein rich foods such as meat, fish, chicken or eggs really helps with muscle recovery as well. I do get that dizziness or nausea with a couple of exercises too. I find if I go real slow it's not so bad. Well done maintaining a healthy weight after all of this time!! That's the biggest challenge if you ask me! Your consistent training and walking along with good eating habits are really helping you to keep your current weight. It's ok to treat yourself every now and then, infact I would encourage it. As the saying goes, 'A little bit of what you fancy does you good!'😀I am so pleased for you. You deserve great results for all of your hard work! Have an amazing Thursday. Big hugs 🙋♀️💕❤️🩷🌷🌺

Hello Trish, Happy Wednesday! Thank you for this great standing abs workout! Wow, not only did I feel my abs, but I felt it was a fantastic cardio workout! Really kept the heart rate up and I loved all of the squats! I know those are good to work on, especially as we age. Thank you!! The kids and I were able to get out for a little walking yesterday so that was good. Today I hit the ground running back at the office. I definitely felt the tummy muscles working hard and the heart rate was quite high throughout! ❤️ Yes, those squats have a funny way of sneaking into our workouts! 😁 We are staying indoors most of the day apart from school runs and shopping. I followed along to two of my workouts as i missed my usual morning walk earlier today. I don't like walking on icy footpaths. I'm nervous that i will fall and get badly injured. I want to be fit and well so I can shoot my Lively Ladies videos! Good luck heading back to the office today. I can't believe that it's all back to normal now. @ Hi Trish, oh my gosh you are having cold weather there! -8 - I can't even imagine how cold that is! Is that normal for your winters to get down that low? I would want to stay in and hibernate too! I would also be leery of walking on icy footpaths! Yes, I am looking forward to longer days too. It was nice when I left work yesterday around 5:00 pm, it was still somewhat light out! @lorifl9 Hello Lori. The low temperatures are unusual for us these days. Our winters are very mild with unusually high temperatures for the time of year. I don't like it when we get these cold snaps. I think that the weather is to pick up this Sunday. I am noticing a small change in the extra daylight over the last week. It's staying brighter for a little longer now. That is nice. I am really enjoying your videos. They are challenging in a good way and your explanation of the moves is very helpful. The only caveat are the ads that interrupt the video . And they're long ads too. I'm not sure if you can do anything to change the timing of them or if it's a TH-cam thing. Either way, your content is excellent so this isn't a criticism of it.
