Hello guys!

This is a very popular snack and street food in Indonesia. It is mainly a "thicker" version of the traditional pancake that we are used to. You may actually put the filling you want in it but traditionally it is filled with chocolate sprinkles, lots of cheese and then drizzled with sweetened condensed milk.
They say that this snack is actually given to a partner's parents in order for the parent to allow their child to go out with their lover for a date or dinner. It's like a bribe in some sort. hehe! Bribe or not, it's still a good snack to munch on. Sweet and savory at the same time. :)

~I purposely toasted the bottom because i liked it that way, crunchy! ;)
~As you have seen on the video, I actually have put too much chocolate on mine which made it melt so fast and ooze. It may not look aesthetically pleasing but it still tastes good!
~Resting the batter for 1hr is mandatory
~You may flavor your batter as you like it. Ube, pandan, strawberry are good choices.
