The Link 3 might have an animation, but it's more of a side option than a boss monster. Most of time you're clearing bunguses or OTKing empty boards by putting a Marionetter under/next to Hextia depending on positioning(and have a negate primed in case that plan falls thorough). The Mutifaker+Silquitous loop is probably one of the most annoying tricks the deck pulls, any deck that needs a normal summon to make their plays gets ruined by that bounce effect. And for anything else you probably have a bunch of annoying traps to make use of.
I wish someone would remember we have Altergeist Dragvirion which auto revives itself when tributed allowing Hexstia and Primebanshee to use their effects without going minus (2 free negates with Hexstia). It also lets you bounce an Altergeist monster to negate an attack which could be useful to help protect a spent Silquitous, Meluseek or recycle Kunquery.
I may or may not have made a blue eyes player rage with the classic Fifinellag+Camouflage combo. Chaos Max does nothing when they block up all their zones and can’t attack anything, or target any monsters with monster effects.
Man, rewatching this video months later and I have to say this video aged like milk and not in a good way. The reason for that isn't because of anything you did Loom, but because this video is just old, outdated, and not reliable anymore due to the support that Altergeists have been gracefully given by Konami. To give you some heads up, Altergeist Meluseek was lifted from the limit 3 banlist, Personal Spoofing was moved from limit one to limit two, and we got Altergeist Pookuery and Altergeist Memorygant to give the deck more plays (Pookuery) and an actual boss monster that's not Borreload Dragon, namely Altergeist Memorygant. To top it all off, we even got a good skill for the deck, Altergeist Overwrite, which is a skill exclusive to Ghost Gal. The skill basically lets you "overwrite" one of your monsters by tossing it back into the deck and replacing it with an Altergeist Fijialert, which is good for unclogging your Extra Monster Zone or giving more fuel to your Personal Spoofing. Furthermore, the deck now having access to broken limit 3 backrow is also a breath of fresh air since I can now run Compulsory Evacuation Device, which relieves pressure off Silquitous so you can deal with the backrow easier with the Silquitous bounce. I guess other limit 3 backrow works, but eh, I like Compulse because it's quick, easy frontrow removal. Just don't play Ice Dragon's Prison since Multifaker locks you out of it. Crackdown is also quite bad since it clogs your monster zones and makes it hard to spam Multifaker's effect. In the end though, I'm glad Altergeists at least got something going for them over time, but overall, the deck is pretty much the same old, same old, just with better backrow (limit 3's), a better skill (Altergeist Overwrite), more plays (Altergeist Pookuery), and an actual boss monster that doesn't make you go omega minus on field (Altergeist Memorygant). Unfortunately, even after all this support, it wasn't enough to make the deck tier 3. The deck's still good but I feel like what this deck truly needs to bring it into the meta is Altergeist Protocol, as that'll help you ignore the chokepoint of this deck, which is the Multifaker getting negated or stopped, while also negating your opponent's plays. Hopefully Altergeist Protocol comes soon, even as a limit one since Altergeists don't have a limit one they play anymore ever since Personal Spoofing was moved from limit one to limit two. Personally, since I am the number one Altergeist enjoyer and have been carrying this deck since it came out, I would have loved to see an updated Altergeist decklist from you showcasing the new support with Pookuery, Memorygant, the new Altergeist Overwrite skill, and Personal Spoofing going to limit 2 but I understand why you didn't make an updated Altergeist video. The deck plays pretty much the same way with the only difference being that Primebanshee is slightly more useful now to use as a stepping stone to go into your Memorygant play. That's pretty much it. On top of having turn one Hexstia (Pookuery), limit 3 backrow, and Altergeist Memorygant, this deck hasn't really changed much from when it first came out on this video showcasing. Hopefully more Altergeist support soon, I'll be here praying for at least Altergeist Protocol but if not, I can also settle for Altergeist Haunted Rock to at least give Marionetter more targets to search out other than Altergeist Manifestation. Great video regardless though, albeit very outdated and not useful anymore.
0:25 That Link altergeist is joke! Ok good summon animation, but the Link 2 and Link 4 are better, even the syncro altergeist with link 2 make a good combo.
Aye can someone please answer this question the deal where you used 750 gems for 15 packs does it take out the box you already pulling or it will give you cards from outside the box?
I want to see this against 30 card mekk knight/orcust/crusadia lol kind of a weird deck but it’s fun 😂 go low on the mekk knights and you can even put in LS to out more orcust cards.. mixed with the mekk knight they can run key and whispers to eventually floodgate the deck is actually so fun to play lol
@@lucky7evyn261 I played it with 0 blue 1 knightmare and 1 Lightcharge.. 2 harp horror 1 purple 1 yellow 1 red 1 indigo 3 orcust return 1 key 1 secrets 2 crusadia power 2 reclusia 2 arboria 1 Maximus 2 skeleton 1 world wand 1 trumpet (or whatever the ones name is that summons from hand when it’s in the grave) you can also trade the secret for babel.. both strategies can work but key/secret is a little less consistent.. once in awhile I can turn 1 key and secrets most people just surrender at that point only difference with babel is your looping ding effect to pop a card while waiting for your key.. if you’re running babel you gotta run decode talker in the extra deck though which steals the backup magius spot so a little harder to work around.. the deck also easily gets to the avramax from the skill and can recycle the links you’ve used up
Yeaaahhh Altergeist are good, if a tad bit weird since part of the their Core is FTP but the good stuff is also P2W and weirdly they are the one trap deck that cares not one iota for the Mighty Jinzo. They just bounce him 9/10 o-o;;; You have to summon multiples and use the skill to even break even. Scary Links arcetypes.
Instead of 3 meluseek you can play witch of the forest, like 2 and 2 so you can play some limit 3 traps. Also dino is not really optimal since you have to discard. I really suggest profecy of transmigration. extremely good for blue eyes and in general as recycler
@@Giacuzz i just took of a BLS player without even him touching me and Dino saved me. He was about to blow up my fild during battle phase. I just run 1 copy of it. So i dunno what you are talking about

Lol "slightly bricky" no newly released archetype is bricky. Konami tuned that aspect out of the game a while ago. It seems the new standard for bricking is defined as not enabling 2 negates and 2 pop/banishes every single turn (sarcasm, but still...). Props on another nice upload, though.
Those prismatic cerberus pulls are all the proof we need. The boxes are rigged in some way. Buying the bundles are also rigged. I've gotten the exact same SR card several times in a row before and in different boxes too. Like wtf. But 3 times back to back and 3 times the same prismatic card?? Something isnt right?
Oh look guys it The prismatic cerbreus dude
Put one prismatic Cerb in the decklist lol
lol
He's NEVER going to live that down, is he?
@@AndreasNicklasson remember the neos cards in MD

Congrate on your prismatic cerberus pull you are my hero!
Is there any reason you’re not playing knightmare Cerberus? It seems like a natural inclusion, I dunno tho.
Wish you luck to have more of those Prismatic, Specially Cerb
once pookuery or protocol releases in the rerun this deck gonna be cookin
Ain’t no way the rerun is gonna have Protocol. Try Reincarnation or Peritrator
You are a bit too hopeful for the rerun event
Old link 4 and a Bad trap, take it or leave it
@@HarpieLady683 I doubt we even get Memorygant. Maybe Kidolga, the other link 2

The point of the card is to get cards like Kunquery and silquitous out of the deck directly to the field.
Please make a video on magikey, i'm f2p so i can't build anything, please i want to see the deck in action
This deck is so cursed even in MD before.
Hey loom what do you do against a blue eyes chaos max dragon ? He is a solid instant loose to me 😢
Don’t let them summon it
Kaiju, IDP, Ningirsu
Pick your weapon 😂
Kaiju combo so well with bounce card
Very accurate! 0:27
Can i play with 2 meluseek?
Of course

What would be substitutes for Warning Point and Bottomless Traphole?
any other backrow you own
Literally anything that disrupts opp plays
