Just have a quick question about a strange blister spot. I have gotten myself a blister from kendo on my right toe. Would you say that this is because of improper footwork or something else?
@@equiby6827 There's good likelihood that it's the friction with the varnished wood that's causing that blister, though, of course, it's hard to say for sure. Hopefully you're skin will harden appropriately as you continue to practice. Until then, just tape up the toe when necessary.
@@equiby6827 Varnished wood is tough on the feet for kendo. With time, hopefully you'll develop the appropriate hard skin that will prevent further blisters. It does take a while.
Omg thank you. The crack in the toe seam was what I needed help with.
I got the painful big toe crack! Amazing how there's a specific video for this problem! For kendo!
Thank you for this! Managed a full karate session tonight and it stayed all session.
Your teachings shall be usefull to all. 🙇♂️
Thank you very much for this!

I will try this thank you. I noticed my feet changed.
Where is the Amazon link?
Thaks! Спасибо огромное!
Do you have any advice on how to tape when having bunion?
Sorry. That's a new one for me.
Would kinesiology tape do the trick?
I guess you could use kinesio tape, but would be overkill. Elastikon tape is much cheaper than kinesio tape.
Is the stretchy tape appropriate for plantar fasciitis taping?
***** I haven't used it myself for that purpose, but I'll be doing a video on plantar fasciitis in the near future.

What kind of floor are you practicing on? Varnished wood?
@@PaulHBShin Yes I practice on varnished wood

why not just use half tabi?
Half tabi tends slip off and not offer enough dynamic grip. I don't think I've ever seen a high-level competitor wear a half tabi.
My shinai snapped
👍👍🙇🏽!!
