A Yummy White Peach & Mascarpone Dessert

Very simple and delicious dessert, a little different to slicing peaches , this shredding method adds a different texture. So quick and easy to prepare and will stand in the fridge for several hours so great if you are entertaining, it also feels very fresh ,yet the nuts bring a crunch to the dessert which is lovely , a great no cooking pudding .
