This content is still an excellent tool 7 years later. Thanks Rise up and Rio! Using lots of this stuff tonight in Brisbane, Australia.

Wow, this is so good. Rise up is doing an absolutely wonderful thing for our sport; I think we will look back in 10 years at Rise Up and credit it with a large role in producing most high level players who will have grown up with solid fundamentals.

these are great teaching tools for coaches and players. establishes the concept, breaks down the steps, with drill progression to level up.

Now that I'm thinking of trying to play handler for my team instead of cutter (more playing time and also a lot of fun), this has really helped.

I will be a handler for my High School senior team and our season doesn't start in like another three months and so for the time being I'm watching tutorial videos like this to prep myself up! I got myself some new friction gloves, new Under Armour Men's Athletic Leggings, two pairs of new shorts, and a whole new me! Lez GOOOOOOOO!!!

I think the reset's position is more based on what side the force is rather than the position of the disc on the field, so even in the center of the field, the reset would still set up on the break side.

@@louisdouvillebeaudoin4035 I think Mr F's question is regarding a vert stack where you only have one handler reset. If the disc is in the centre, which side should they position themselves on? Which is more advantageous? I don't have an answer for that, but perhaps one thing to note is that the disc can move so quickly that you don't always get to choose. If you throw a reset to the open side, you should probably just stay on the break side... But if you reset off the forced sideline to the middle, are you going to move to the open side or the break side? If it means cutting off the next throw, don't do that option. So it seems pretty situational. But I don't really know.
