Hi Rowan, do you have any main in-game tips for playing frisbee? I play with my school here in Ireland and would love to know helpful tips which can improve my game. Mainly short range throwing/playing tips would be helpful.

It's all about footwork, like most sports. If you're on your toes and keeping your centre of gravity low you're already a lot better than if you weren't doing that. There are lots of tips about how to keep an eye on the disc and your mark etc which I'm sure you can find. Just loving throwing frisbees and chucking around all the time is also key. This guy rowan is clearly obsessed with frisbee (no bad thing) so you could always try that..
Do you have any tips for solo throwing practice? You said you were throwing in your garage for a couple of weeks while your ankle healed.
