More videos please !!, nice sounding truck, just one question, the trimmer guards are removed, surely they offer protection to your face from any debris etc...just wondering ?

Thanks I take the guards off so I can run the line a little longer and the guards don’t really help to much with debris. I wear a mask while I mow so that’s sorta my protection from debris.

Just thought I would inform you all this video is now out of date. I plan on picking up a 3020t trimmer. As well as a pro paddle and tiller attachment for my PAS units Monday. Also I ordered a echo pressure washer. I will do a separate video on these specific pieces of equipment in the future. As well as a video on my aerator and dethatcher when it gets in as well. I hope you all enjoyed the video keep grinding and hustling out there.💪🔥

I bought the 410x last year, too, but as my main trimmer. Again, speed and power... Definitely a weight increase over my 3020, but I can still twirl her around between flat trimming and edging easily enough. Definitely a blend of a blade edger and a mower on a stick.

I use the Echo vac for shrub cleanup ( when it's not a ton of clippings, or if I don't push them into the lawn to mulch with the mower ) and for cleaning leaves and grass out of below ground stairwells where a blower won't do anything.

Thank you I would go more in depth I was trying not to make the video to long though. The 410x I tried using on my yards. It was just so heavy I got tired of using it. How ever it works great for brush cutting and hill side control. I would like to see echo make a 3020 PAS or a 410x PAS unit. that way I can use my attachmentIs I have with a more powerful power head. I definitely will probably try to pick up a 3020t to try out this year as well.

@@thelawncarelegend1167 I get bored with super long videos, but some people out there like them. I actually watched the whole thing ( I think )...maybe not all in one shot, but almost 😂 It didn't seem like you were droning on and on, so you did pretty good at keeping it under control.
Yeah, the 410 takes some getting used to, add 50% more Wheaties into the diet 😂 I've been challenging myself for a long time now, so I took her on as another challenge. I just have to be a little more careful around wires and wooden fences, especially with the Black Diamond I use.
The 3020 is definitely a good unit, and pretty light. Especially if I switch back from the 410 🤯
I'm not big into combi's; I like dedicated units, but I'm surprised Echo hasn't put out a more powerful head yet. Should be in the works if they haven't. Meantime, last year, I wanted a pole saw, so I ended up converting a 280t trimmer into a combi unit by buying the polesaw attachment, and.....I think, an extension. So what I ended up doing was changing out the original shaft of the 280t with the new extension, and basically turned her into a 280t combi unit 🤷‍♂️ I may have had to drill a new hole or two, but she runs like a top. For now I leave her as a dedicated pole saw, but even still, I can buy another extension if I want and extend the saw head another few feet, or I could use her as an actual combi if I wanted.

Yea that was sorta another reason I bought the 410 as well was to get a good work out. I’ll probably try to use it on some of my yards again. Then maybe I will slowly gain the strength to use it more on regular yards. After using it for a while everything thing else I use feels as light as feather for sure though. I would like to try to make my own combi unit out of a 410 and I am sure I could with enough dedication. The problem is the shafts on the 410 and 3020, are bigger diameter wise than the attachments and also the 2620 shaft. So I would have to figure that out but it might be something I make a video out of in the future. Definitely would be a interesting challenge though. Also I would prefer dedicated machines with their own motors. I just have limited space and also combi units are a huge money saver as well. Instead of having to buy a dedicated machine that can only do one job. You can have one motor that can do a variety of different jobs. But eventually I hope to have dedicated machines for the attachments I use the most.
