    I just gotta say Cailer, your videos always inspire me to keep lifting. Had cancer last summer and aftet surgery couldn't walk for over a month. Went from 240lbs at 12% bf with a 625lb deadlift to 220lbs 20% bf with a 400lb deadlift. Seeing you push to be better helps motivate me to be better and try to get back to where I was. I really appreciate it!

      Best of luck Greg, same for me man. Cancer, chemo, corticosteroids, radiation and surgery stole everything from me. Strange as it sounds, my performance and muscle loss and bf gain were prob the worst. Keep fighting

      @@cailerwoolam it's this weird exercise where you put the barbell on the ground and pick it up I was able to do 45 lbs which is pretty heavy so don't feel bad if you can't match it

      What a stupid question, he has wide clavicles, and skinny arms, so already his shoulders will look disproportionately large. Then there's the fact that clearly shoulders just grow easy for him, you might as well ask why he has skinny arms when he presses nearly 500...

    I feel like morning workouts r good for like bodybuilding days (atleast for me) because i think logically u didnt eate enough food yet and sugar protein carbs to be fully fueled in the morning, where as later in the day your built up on glycogen and ate a lot of calories and i feel like you lift better. Just my opinion
