      @@jandv3539 well yes. But add steroids and the fact that she is pulling sumo and all of a sudden it becomes easier. thats why i claim its not as insane as you would think. look, im a competitive powerlifter my self, my goal is to lift 4x my bw in the upcoming nationals in greece, without PEDs. so if i can lift that naturally, which btw im close, then i cant imagine how much more i could lift with PEDs and pulling sumo. this sport is not well drug regulated and it cant be. if you have ever used PEDs, you would certainly know that even if you stopped training, you would still maintain your size easily for 1 year and to a lesser degree 2 years. i know this because many people i know take PEDs and i see the results. sure it might be a world record, but keep in mind its easier lifting 4x and 5x your bw when you weigh 80kg and much harder to do the same thing weighing 120kg.

      @emiliospowerballer1441 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jandv3539 put in a simpler way. take away steroids and sumo, and all of a sudden its not as impressive as you would think. one can achieve such numbers ONLY by steroids and sumo. the original comment was 10x his bw in total. that certainly isnt as impressive as you would think. i have seen people bench pressing 3x their bw. no natural lifter could ever achieve this, let alone arch his back like a rainbow. lifters below 90kg usually have an easier time lifting 3x and 4x times their bw, even naturally; enhance them and watch their totals reach astronomical values. it doesnt impress me.

    I'll leave my opinion out of it, since my opinion doesn't matter anyway. Don't let 1 ambiguous lift bother you. It doesn't really matter. You've beat it 7 times now, you'll go heavier again. At the end of the day it's the integrity of the judges and the organization that gets called into question, if anyone does. Not you.

      I never squat out of a mono. I have always walked out. That's the only way I've ever squatted. So I just stick to that. Also, the fact my deadlift is much heavier than my squat makes it easy to walk weight out. It usually feels relatively light on my back when I walk out. And it's easy to get my feet set. I'm sure if I squatted over 800 then the mono would be beneficial. But not really for 677 lol.

      He is on PED's, thats a fact. He has 'little' arms because he is on a smaller amount of PED's than a bodybuilder or a strongman is going to be on.
      As for gyno I dont see any at all.

    Being myself a long femur squatter, people don't realise how this makes the squat 1000 time harder. Squat for ppl like me is not just a squat, it's a squat, a good morning, a core exercise. You got to think about too many variable to not die under the bar. Plus ppl bragging about your horrible form. Yeah that's sucks.
