nices vid helped me out alot i have a x-maxx 8s i took the stock traxxas esc out there no good and put in a hobby wing max6 esc so much better i went with 12t pinion and 30t spur gear got my gears made by b&m r/c racing really good gears

I’ve learned you have to do your own trial and error. You see someone one TH-cam do something then you do it it, it doesn’t work so hot. I agree with the twin fans.

If you haven't found problem yet your pinion gear probably comes loose. Out the box both gears were gone in abt 15min. Only had truck 3 days this truck was too expensive for stupid things like that to happen. Good luck
WFO gear company is pathetic. Small company in Washington state. They don’t respond to emails period. No phone number to call them. Spend your money somewhere else. Last 14 months completely out of stock for their gears. Their steel manufacturer shut them down

Kasa Pa well, if you want a all steel buy a real scale car, rc car is for fun and if you don’t know, all rc like this at this price have minimum 1 piece of plastic on it.
Well, if you don't know, 1:1 scale cars (real scale???????) have plastic components as well. Don't worry, I know quite well what am I talking about when it comes to rc and I am having a lot of fun with my car and no I am not breaking any parts just from accelerating -.-

No more fans are needed! Remove ESC heatsink add thermal paste. And Done! Do the same to the motor. You’ll drop temps off like crazy.

allthough fans dont like water.i always end up splashin then realise the fans on.my castle one is aboot fookt .an its only bin splasht a bit
