5:10 It’s a vanilla bug (or feature?) that she stays in bed at all times after The Wolf Queen Awakened had been completed. Up to the first dialogue choices with Melaran and Odar, it is just their vanilla dialogue which is why it sounds so good. The mod author has done a good job of splicing though and it blends quite well with the existing dialogue. Melaran’s dialogue about Sybille Stentor’s death and becoming the court wizard are also in vanilla because he becomes court wizard if you kill her of your own accord. As a side note, I’m not sure if you can because you didn’t happen to test it, but think it would be nice if you could tell Sybille that you’ll keep her secret but then betray her and tell Falk Firebeard anyway for two gems instead of one.
i dont get why Bethesda never fleshed out Sybille in the first place, i always thought it was weird that they made her a vampire and just left it at that, especially with the Dawnstar dlc..
This mod goes well with two others, Dark Destiny and Seeking the Cure. The last one corrects a lore issue with Fallion somehow claiming to know the cure for Vampirism, when the only way to cure it in the past was either purgeblood Salt, or a bargain with another Daedric Prince. Like VAERMINA. Another series of mods you could check out include the Hagraven Conspiracy, Finding Helgi and Lalette, and The True Face of Anise.
My favorite discovery is the helpful old soldier that helped Azzada Lylvieve of Dragonbridge to overcome his poverty from the streets of Markarth (Logrolf the bent) is the same as the priest of Boethia found in the “House of Horrors” quest for Molog Bal (Logrolf the Willful). The kicker is that Michel the wife of Azzada mentions that in a letter that Logrolf said that he had a ghost in his house. This sacrifice of Azzada to Boethia would be a great gesture to Boethia as Logrolf would have raised Azzada to a good life then destroyed him to please Boethia. Being “Bent” and being “ Willful” can actually mean the same thing. Bent, by being directed to a singular purpose and Willful to not allow others to deter you on your purpose. Plus, Bethesda doesn’t like to recycle quest character’s names, those that sound alike are spelled differently.
Watch the video "Skyrim Cut Content: Logrolf's Mystery" by Unknown G The House of Horrors quest was reworked to include Vigilant Tyranus. The house uses the editor ID "LogrolfsHouse" in the Creation Kit. Also, Logrolf was originally supposed to be in the Markarth Warrens.
@@Trisepta777 I wonder if picked up on this from his own curiosity, plus seeing comments about this that I have made over the past 6 months on various channels. Either way, it is good to see a deep dive evaluation of it. It had peeked my curiosity after hearing Michel’s comments for the umpteenth time. Thank you for the feedback.
I do know of a mod that adds a house of sorts to the pelagius wing of the blue palace. The only times i really go to solitude is db quests, civil war and king olafs verse.
Would have been interesting to see different possibilities if player character was a vampire or vampire lord. Wonder if they have any plans to add something like that eventually?
Hey George, long time watcher first time commenter. U may have played it and I may have missed it but there is a mod similar to this involving Saadia and proveing her innocence. It's called Time of Need, in it she can become a follower, spouse, traveling merchant and steward. Its fully voiced and was available on both pc and console (as i play on console).
Thanks George! Your mod reviews and playthroughs are always great! and perfect if you want to know the content of the mod without playing it yourself. On another note. Have you considered playing Krein? Recently a patch was released to fix most of rhe issues with the mod and i think it would be pretty interesting to cover since it's a pretty unknown mod
This could've been integrated into the dawnguard questline as well...maybe a lean into discovering she's a vamp? Through rumors or someone caught her feeding and wrote to Isran. You meet with the contact and find that person drained as well...Finding one dead prisoner with that dialog option didnt make sense...a trail of drained bodies would make more sense.
why are people okay with slicing but not with AI they can both be used improperly and against the Voice actors wishes. is it just because slicing requires more work?
I think the difference might be that slicing makes use of already existing works that voice actor has done. It's still a grey area for sure. With AI, they use it to create lines using the voice actor's likeness. I think splicing/slicing is preferred over AI because it's more like a remix of a song vs. using technology to make a singer part of brand new music.
@@Samthane And yet unlike some of you,, i dont hate AI generated voicelines. Its called ease of use for some. Id say more, but it seems to trigger people on here.
It's not that it's triggering, it's about showing respect for the voice actors who are against it, or haven't even been asked for their permission in the first place.
I think it’s a pretty good switch port and it even has some platform exclusive Zelda items. The graphics look somewhere between LE (PS3/Xbox 360) and SE (PS4/Xbox One). It’s great for portability, but obviously not as good as version of the game as on more powerful consoles or PC.
@@annar7709You would have to mod your switch to use mods, which requires a lot of effort and wouldn’t be right for everyone. Some people say hack or jailbreak instead of mod and call a modded switch jailbroken, which I’m guessing is what you meant by broken haha
While I don't agree, I can understand the perspective of not approving of AI voice synthesis, and I respect it. What I don't understand is how splicing gets around any of those objections. It would seem to me to come with the same issues -- expressing sentiment in another person's voice that they never intended, for instance -- and it produces a much lower quality result while doing so. Is it the obviousness of the splicing that makes it more acceptable, or am I missing something? That's always a distinct possibility.
To me, the difference is that even with creative splicing it still requires the voice actor to have said these words or phrases, whereas AI allows for completely new words to be said that they would have not recorded.
Hey George! Thanks for playing another one of my mods, it's always great to get your opinions and to see what you think! Glad you enjoyed.

I always thought she was a vampire. It was pretty obvious. But I do actually like her. Only vampires i like is her and Serana
What about DB vampire girl?

OMG, that Lost Boys reference was wonderful! Very clever too.
Thanks for the video! Really enjoyed your streams recently.
Let's go another upload
Out of town for an event so videos have a bit slower as I got ready for that. Videos should pick up again after I get back next week
I loved the reference to the lost boys movie. All the damned Vampires. Lol
Shame it doesn't allow you to have her turn you into a vampire as well. LOL
Glad to see you good sir!

He pulled out a fishing rod
It would be interesting to see if they ask you to search for a new court wizard to appoint.

I'm not convinced things would go down that way, but I'd much rather see a mod to deal with Maven Black-Briar.

There are lots of mods that add small towns to skyrim and replace missing content from eso.
its a vamp that the only answer lol no mercy
Great Video.
i think he missed some evidence
But Why does almost everyone had to join the stormcloaks?
Pretty neat mod, unfortunately I killed her since she was rude to Serana when I went to purchase a house lol. No regrets
As much as i play...i don't go to solitude very much. Im currently playing chain of time mod...

The main thing with splicing vs AI is that you're not generating any new lines just re-using assets

The voice actors were at least paid for the spliced lines. Not so with AI.
you have voice like dude in POSTAL2
I think I play this today
Saying bad things about Stormcloaks but how did the Stormcloacks end up in the Palace ??????
Freaking N'wah........
It was a 100% save file I got off the Nexus to make videos easier haha
Is it worth getting skyrim on the switch?
It reminds me of the game on ps3 tbh and you can't mod unless your switch is "broken"

AI was used? Nah im good
No AI here, I will not cover AI voiced mods
Loved It!
