For Sugar Syrup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup (50 gm)
Water -1/2 Cup
Salt - 1 Pinch
For making Chocolate whipping cream
Whipping cream - 3 Tbsp
Grated chocolate - 3/4 Cup (75 gm)
Whipping cream - 2 Cup (400 ml)
For making Chocolate Ganache,
Grated Dark compound - 250 gm
Butter - 2 Tbsp.
Amul Fresh cream - 250 ml

If you are not having the measuring cups you can also use normal tea cup but make sure you use the same cup to take all the measurements(1 cup,1/2cup,3/4cup)
