Hello, yes you are correct, it's very hard to bend this aluminum without kinking it, I will make another video on how to bend the tubing, one way to make a nice round bend is by applying heat. Dubro makes a tool and it works great for brass tubing, thank you for your comment.
Waffles The dog I just finished one like that. they are straight shooter stacks on each side. I can replace the tires and make them offroad dually if you want. Do you have an email I can send pictures to?
Don't have any crew cabs. I only make older trucks pre80 trucks (m2's and greenlights) with flatbeds and whatnot. I don't deal with new trucks because I don't like their look. I can send pics of what I have if your still interested
What did you use to polish? Is there any alternatives
What gage wire was used on the u that connected the pipes?
What's the little file you used to thin out the stack opening?

A way I learned to bend that tubing is to get a metal rod of somthing sphere like to bed round to get the perfect bend for each stack

Protect your eyes when cutting I learned it the hard way got metal in my eye so as pvc pipe

I don't have the skill to do this and customs on eBay are like 45-69$ dollars and that's to much wish I could get one for like 10-15 dollars
