  • Think of a leader you admire and want to emulate.
Most people assume that a successful leader is somebody who runs a big company or makes a lot of money.
But what if this leader treats employees poorly?
When I interviewed Audi CEO Abraham Schot for my book, The Future Leader, he said leadership is about caring for people and not just for the numbers.
The truth is that leaders don't just impact the lives of employees at work, but also outside of work as well.
Great leaders can make you feel like you can do anything, conquer any challenge, and unlock any opportunity that comes your way.
Great leaders fight for social causes that shape culture in society; they literally shaped the very world we are all a part of.

“Foremost, leadership is about caring for people and not just for the numbers.” - true! Merely focusing on the numbers isn’t sustainable. We gotta put our people’s wellbeing first - so they’re motivated to ALWAYS exert their best efforts to serve the company and the customer. Becoming people-centric is hitting two birds with one stone - we build a community of satisfied employees making them even better at their jobs, which will surely lead to greater company revenue.
