Never forget, it’s all about who you have become in life rather than what you have accomplished in life. The only thing that will matter when you leave this earth, is what type of person you were. That is how God will judge you; not on how much money you had or the amazing materialistic things you obtained. While it is still nice to have and want the materialistic things in life, don’t let that take over and stop you from growing into who God wants you and has called you to be. Be the best version of yourself that you can possibly be with all that God has blessed you with and ask God to help you continue to keep growing into who He wants you to become. God is so amazing that He will show you His grace by building your character, your faith, and your life into such an abundance that you could never believe. All you have to do is ask and follow the path that God gives you, while He is right there by your side. I love and thank the unbelievable and amazing God that I serve. I know that God has many great things for me in my life. Whether it be spoiling me with materialistic things or helping me to grow as a human being, I can always count on God. And you should too. Me too, I’m building my own path now. Like Steve said; the road of success is always under construction. My road is on construction and Im done asking for vacation or day off when my kids are sick. This is my life and I dont want to ask permission to anyone.

The only person we need to follow is God.
True, but then again God can and has appointed someone whom He qualifies to be a leader (even someone who feels inadequate to become one) e.g. Moses, Jeremiah, Paul, etc.. we still can choose to be a leader or a follower.
God uses Steve to give us the information we need to hear...so you are listening to God

As kid I was odd to most. Didn't talk much. Kept to myself wasn't raised in streets. Stayed in house a lot. I never thought I would be who I am now. As i get older I'm getting stronger. Always been more of leader. Never knew
In the workplace I have been a follower and I have also been a leader. As a follower you don't have many choices and have to go with the flow. But as a leader you not only have the abilty to make choices but you also have the responsibility to shape and improve the workplace and.........The God given responsibility to protect and help shape the lives of the people under you. When you understand that you have been entrusted with the lives of others and you work hard to make a difference.....that is the mark of a true leader.
