Freddy Kruger this comment was one year ago but 😂😂 females had to wear dresses. It was seen as masculine to wear pants and people thought it was weird. You would get lots of stares back then if you were a girl and wore pants😂

Great video. They included the reebok stepper, thighmaster, shape up shoes, shake weight, and even that thing with the belt from the 1950s. My mom had one forever in our garage. Never understood it...it just wrapped around her back and shook her really hard. We used to dare ppl to use it

My style is 1980's and 1990's. I do step aerobics and I work out to the Firm classic workouts. Now those are some serious ass kickers, but since you are doing lots of cardio, weight training, plyometric jumps, leg presses, lunges and dips, this series will get you into some serious shape!

Kinda ironic how the obesity rate was low back then, even though workouts were less popular. Well, maybe they made up for it by having to walk everywhere
