      Khali pet, breakfast se pehle (20-30 mins) lenge to badhiya hai. Agar aap juice lel lete hain to Kacha khane ka pryas karen fayde jyada honge aapko.

    I eat it raw and cooked. I love karela. Chahe bharwa or kat ke bana hua. Many a times I tend to have its juice as well. I used to eat karela and trifla in childhood instead of having saafi for blood purification. I eat it raw also.
    Often people do not like eating this vegetable as they are taste conscious instead of being health conscious.

      You can start with steamed Karela for sure, and as you start eating it you will not feel it that bitter.

      @@RsnewRs sensitive logo mein acid secretion bad sakta hai lekin aaki pachan kriya ke upar bhi nirbhar karta hai. Isliye thodi matra mein khayen aur observe karen. Dikkat na ho to istemal karte rahen. Dhanyawad 🎉

Agar liver pehle hi bahut kam kaam kar raha hai aur aap bahut jyada karela ka istemal karte hain to dikat jarur ho sakti hai. Jyadatar medical literature mein bhi karela ki aisi koi liver toxicity nahin batayi gai. Dhanyawad.

      If you take upto 100 gms karela per day, it will not cause any problems and interactions with other eatables. Introduce it slowly and let your body get acclimatized to it. Only when you take in larger amounts it interacts with other medications and eatables also whose interactions may lead to mainly gastrointestinal and sugar level alterations in the body.
