I really think Super Hang On was the best arcade to Megadrive conversion launch title. It was actually better because of the rpg/career element. What a score!

Class game one of my all time faves , the attract sound is legendary thats all you could hear in the arcades back in the day :) theres a perfect port for the japanese dreamcast on yu suzukis dream works and a few other sega arcade classics , well worth getting.
Wow as soon as I heard that pumping music I was taken back to 12 year old me sat on a shiny brand new Hang On down at Felixstowe! As I wasn't quite heavy enough I remember having to throw my full weight to get it to lean, what an awesome experience
Well played Alex! I loved the gameplay part on the arcade version. What a great run of a awesome player. I remember the arcade cab fondly. It was a real eyecatcher in the arcades , especially the version with the motorbike. Great concept the arcade VS console comparison. Enjoyed watching it.

I absolutely love Hang-On, not only remember the playing it in the arcades but also vividly remember playing it on the M&S on Xmas day when I got the console as like you say it was a built in game. That gameplay run you showed of your mate Martin playing his cab was bloody awesome ! I would give anything to own the cab of Hang on but in reality can't see it happening tbh but all is not lost as I have it on MS! Thanks for the upload pal.

Great video Alex! A top 80s game, it was one of the first games I ever played along with Star Wars. The in game music was really cool. It is a shame it never got a 16 bit port. Super hang on was okay but it doesnt capture the same atmosphere. You are pretty good at it!
Great video as usual, although the original cab is a classic it was interesting to see just how close they managed to get it on the master system. Definitely a dream to own a sega racing cabinet one day as racing games are definitely my first love arcade wise.

One day though, until then i'll just window shop via videos of other peoples collections.
Love this game, but it's brutal. One crash and it's literally all over. Super Hang-On is great as well. My fav bike game is probably Enduro Racer because of the jumps. I imagine that would be quite a rare game. Don't think I've ever seen it on any of John's Arcade Tours or yours.

Great Vid Alex, enjoyed that mate, those graphics on the machine are still looking really nice even today. Been meaning to pick up a motorbike game soon to have a bash on. I remember super hang on myself. Absolutely love Road Rash. What about this game 'Ride' on PS4 might check that out.
Trouble with a lot of motor bike games of today they are more simulators and you spend more time in the garage tweaking the bike. Fun for some but I prefer the arcade versions and this is one of the best. Road rash was great fun 😎👍
This game looks brilliant, I've never played hang on before definitely going to look into it. Martin will a have a hard time getting that cab off your hands. 😂

Yeah is a shame it wasn't ported very much as I love the simplicity of this one and the music more.
