We discuss angle relationships, including linear pairs, complementary, supplementary, vertical, adjacent angles, obtuse, right, and acute angles, as well as a few exercises involving working with figures. Honestly i;m failing math... Almost 87% of sophomore are failing in my school... we know we are going to fail 1st semester which is tomorrow... but we need you for our second semester... teachers need to be cool like you not like all the other boring math teachers...

Hi John! I understand what you're saying. The issue is that there are 2 different x values for the two halves of this problem. So in the first half of the problem, x=20, and the second half, x=21.

If WZV is 37 then VZU = 53 because of complements
So YZU is 127 because 53 +127 = 180 supplementary linear pairs

Dear friends at Kings, thank you for your comment. I've since gone in and added 2 annotations. The issue is that viewers may not assume that problem #1 uses completely different data than problem #1. So all the angles and numbers should be reset for the second problem. I hope this clears it up, and that the annotations will make it more clear for future viewers. Thank you so much for communicating the problem.

Actually it is 53. You multiply 20*3 and that gives you 60, minus 7 and that gives you 53.
