Nice. I'm converting my xj4r400 to a cafe racer too and this is some nice inspiration. How did you solve the steering lock issue? Welded the fork stops, or something else?
I did not have any issues with steering lock, make sure to set up the clip on bars when the steering is on full lock and then tighten them so they are not touching the tank
@@pullumoto Hi, I did that at first but the angle of the bars isn't comfortable for me. I think I'll end up making so sleeves or something like Jish did on his xj750. Thanks for the reply, appreciated 👍
@@richhemmings unfortunately if you do not do some rearsets you will have alot of back pain it's what happened to me :) good luck with your build !
