    It turned to a cake why? It turned great and less puffy after a while. It tastes delicious and fudgy. I love it i used a mixture of monk fruit and arethretol insteadof sugar.

    um. I can't find the quantities ANYWHERE therefore I wasn't able to make it. Which is unfortunate because it looks like a really amazing recipe and I was excited to make it for my family. Hope you will fix this.

    I always wanted to know how do u get crackly top brownie. So u have to electric whip it up & get in oven soon as poured into baking tin?

      I think it's because of lots of sugar 🥴

    • @chalabread
      @chalabread 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s the sugar caramelizing on the top, and spreading it in the batter thoroughly

      @@chalabread what if don't use sugar tho and use an alternative?

      @chalabread 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@KiLLaBushWooKiE It won’t give you a crackly top. Sure it might be a crust but that’s from burning not from crackle top. The only way is to use sugar and specifically sucrose and it can’t be a liquid sugar

    I had made it once but the coconut oil was very overpowering! Will try it again today with reular cooking oil or butter.

      I know it’s too late to answer - but she mentions in the recipe that corn starch can be used instead of tapioca starch ☺️

      I just made these for the first time and I used cornstarch. These were by far, the best brownies I'd eaten in the last couple of weeks, and I've been on a search for the best keto friendly brownies. I also used coconut sugar and they were just so delicious.
