I love my Furitek electronics for my different scale rigs. You definitely need a Hobby Wing Fusion Pro installed in your 10th-scale rigs. The Fusion series is next-level performance hands down.
I have a komodo 10th scale outruner and now I know why I haven't been able to find a lizard 10, this will by much better than the castle esc I was using. Way too l Ioud.
I have not personally tried the fusion pro, but I can see that the Furitek system offers higher voltage output (8.4 compared to 7.4), it has the integrated bluetooth capability for tuning with the app as opposed to an led programmer sold separately for the fusion pro. The fusion from what I have seen is very smooth, very quiet, and it is really nice to have an integrated esc for a clean and compact setup.
Hey I'm thinking about getting this esc, But with my budget right now I would still have to use the brushed motor but I haven't seen anyone actually run a brushed motor just seen the "Brushed" capabilities just wondering?
That's a good question. The python is made to handle significant stress but I am not sure exactly how much. Its marketed specifically for 1/10's and while I didnt experience any brownouts or power issues with my setup I would be skeptical about running this on a bigger rig
Building my first scx10 iii builders kit been killing myself what system to run. Was thinking fusion se to stay cheaper. Went pretty cheap in my redcat with a holmes brushed setup and it's good. But I think I want my scx 10 to just be more😂
Hey Adam, great video. I recall you using the Avatar, but I see you're rocking a different radio now. What model is that? It would be very interesting to get your opinion on the different radios.
you should do a review on the bowhouse 3 gear adapter and a stealth x transmission in one of the 2 gladiators....to me there is nothing ive done to mine that made it a better, more powerful, competent, capable crawler then the stealth x swap easy overdrive simple rugged transmission and no more noisy gear clatter.
No, I don't believe it is because the stock rx/esc doesnt have a throttle input to plug into. You would need something like this to use with the stock tx: alnk.to/8tMRb7C
Hello Adam, I like watching your videos. I think Furitek is unbeatable in the 1/24 range. But even with the 1/18 baby capra I honestly don't think the lizard pro is that great. the transition from slowcrawl to normal mode is terrible. Even after the update and endless adjustments, I didn't really warm to it. There are certainly better ESCs on the market. Now I have the Holmes Hobbies v2 in it with the Komodo outrunner. That's pure slowcrawl performance and without the stupid jump... I currently have the Hobbywing Ax R2 in my TRX4 and it's worlds better than the Python X. I also have a double castle Copperhead 10 in my trail moa and I have to say that is better than the Python X. In my 1/8 moa I also run 2 mamba x better. just like the hh br mini in my 1/10 comp crawler. In general, the Hobbywing Fusion Pro is better than the Python. but I hope that furitek continues to do its homework and continue to improve its products. Since it is a "relatively" young company, it can annoy the big players and who knows... if they continue like this, they could one day become better than the big players, like in the 1/24 area. Kind regards from Munich (Germany) Mark
That setup really works good , always love the slow crawl (how slooow can you go😂) i have alot of the fusion pro's , I think im gonna try the furitek. Awesome video Adam 👍😀
I ordered one last month, it still hasn't shipped. Customer service via chat is short and NOT customer friendly. I guess that's what you get for dealing with a Chinese company. If it doesn't ship in another week. I'll cancel my order, too many other companies to choose from that actually deliver, not just make excuses or don't reply. Buyer Beware!

I'd like to try the Fusion pro. I am very intrigued
You will not be disappointed. @@CapeCrawlers
the R2 after update another world than fusion pro ;-) Unbelievable, but true ^^
This is the esc you want for an outrunner setup like the komodo 10 running 4 cells. Super smooth startup for non sensored on that Inrunner
I wish I could have run the outrunner. Maybe in a future build
Canned air or and air compressor is really nice to use before cleaning. After that I use alcohol wipes.
Blowing off after each use is the best thing I’ve ever done.
Looks like another solid product from Furitek that footage from Maine was beautiful
I'm going to do a separate video just on the coastline crawling. Incredible spot!
nice 2fm shirt he's awsome!!!!!

I'd really like to see how the furitek esc would do paired with the hobbywing motor. Great video!
Good idea! Thanks for watching!
I just bought the FMS 6 +6
That setup looks great , im just getting into crawlers and learning a lot from your vids ... subbed for sure 🔥🔥👍🏻
Being that it's basically the same price as the hobbywing fusion pro. What differences do you see? How would you compare?

I also have the trx4 m bronco😊
Can i use the DX3 controller and this motor and esc and that is all i need?
Would you recommend the hobbywing fusion pro or the furitek python x, as they are roughly the same price.
Hey I'm thinking about getting this esc, But with my budget right now I would still have to use the brushed motor but I haven't seen anyone actually run a brushed motor just seen the "Brushed" capabilities just wondering?
Awesome dude!
So I saw that JConcepts made 1.0 Ruptures for the little crawlers, such as the SCX24 & Trx4m, thinking about getting some.
I will check those out! Love my 1.9 ruptures!
@@CapeCrawlers hell yeah
Fusion pro still slower but I can see how being able to run all that voltage no problem is always nice
Can the esc also handel bigger trucks like TRX6 under heavy mud and rock conditions?

Thanks! I am using the Radiolink RC8X. It's a beast: amzn.to/3qyE8SB
What happened to the 6x6?
Still working on it. I'm going to convert it to SCX24 axles. Just need to order a passthrough gear

Do you know if it's plug ang play to stock scx10iii esc and receiver? My scx24 has the lizard pro and I'm still on the factory transmitter.
No, I don't believe it is because the stock rx/esc doesnt have a throttle input to plug into. You would need something like this to use with the stock tx: alnk.to/8tMRb7C
Love the gladiator
Same. She’s my favorite!

Get a little air compressor and you can get your rig pretty clean.
I like the canned compressed air too

Thanks! I want to try the fusion pro next.
Maybe I should get some cowrc stuff instead of using brake kleen for everything 🤷♂️🤦♂️
I think degreaser is degreaser. But the wipes and silicon spray, grease, etc I really love from Cow RC
Sponsored? Did you get this for free?
Yes, after I begged to try it!

That’s super disappointing. I hope you get it resolved!
not nearly as good as HobbyWing... But impressive for sensorless :-)
