Very true. I have to hot exchange with my friends every time. Many of my friends don't care to save water. These are the people who don't know the value of precious water.
I remember those days when we had to walk to distance to get a little water to drink. We had to spend half day to bring sufficient water. Today I am good water facility in my home. Instead of it I always save( respect it) water. Because I can't forget those days.
I can understand the pain of scarcity of water.
Friends do try to visit Maharashtra's village to see horrible situation of this video.
Million of our Indian Brothers and Sisters don't get proper water in daily uses.
Dude... If you think carefully... this is illogical... quantity of water in villages does not get affected by city peoples usage... it may get affected if you transport water in tankers from or to villages.

The water requirement for bathing that involves rinsing before and after applying soap to your ENTIRE body is obviously more than the satisfying the thirst of a bunch of people for one time.
This is a STUPID video.
If it specifically showed a person keeping the shower running throughout the entire bath routine, then it'd have made sense.
Some of the people who use the shower turn it off while applying soap thus stopping unnecessary consumption of water.
This adds produced sudden goosebumps in my body because it accentuates the truth which we know yet take for granted manytimes. This is an inalienable truth that many villages in india suffers from water scarcity and we as responsible citizens should never underestimate our own endeavours to ameliorate our brothers and sister lives in underdeveloped areas

Our saving water will not help Rural Indians! Most people in cities have their own groundwater supply because government water is barely enough to drink and cook. The only way to save water is for government to sponsor villagers to develop ponds and canals in villages where rainwater can be stored. Also, stop polluting our rivers by not immersing murtis, diyas, etc in them. And stop industrial pollution.

do one thing as an experiment. just collect the water from shower in a bucket and measure the time required to fill the bucket full. if that time is less than your shower bath time, then you can say you are saving water. bucket takes more water than shower. check the facts. I did this experiment and found I use half bucket water when i bath in shower. but I need full bucket water if i want to use bucket for bath.

कारण ये है भैया..... कि वीडियो का मैसेज तो बहुत ही अच्छा है.... परंतु ध्यान देने लायक बात ये है uniliver के 90% प्रोडक्ट को use करने के लिए भारी मात्रा मे पानी की जरुरत होती है और वो पानी recycling process के बाद भी बहुत गंदगी फ़ैलाता है... ना recycle किया जाए सड्ता है.. बदबु ओर बीमारियां फ़ैलाता है..... कोइ पुछो इनसे 1 बार dove soap से नहाने के लिये कम से कम कितने पानी की जरुरत होती है. अगर जवाब मिला तो खुद समझ जाओगे इन dislikes का कारण.
