Hey I know it's an old video but if you haven't figured out the year yet it's a 87 the headlights were only done like that in 87 and 88 89 they put them up by the handlebars just trying to be helpful and if your frame 10th digit is a h it is a 87
I finally got it fixed after taking it to the shop where it sat for 8 months just to be told that my harness was Chinese made, so i was determined to get it fixed watched every video on TH-cam and came across the same problem … parking brake was removed and I needed to jump two wire so it couldn’t start which it did 🤣💀🙃
Just saw a video where the guy said “I’m not ready to shooting the parts launcher at this project- so I’ll do some testing to avoid that” In the long run….this is the best way. Long hours of research and troubleshooting- then maybe not buying anything Or only buying once
Hey I have a 2001 warrior and the wires are all melted I’ve got every wire beside one matched up and I’m not to good with atvs just got this to build for my dad the one wire that I can’t find the other half to is running from I think it’s a voltage regulator It’s at the back end next to the tail light it’s the red wire I’ve looked everywhere and seems you know a lot about atvs if you could possibly know where that wire goes I’d really appreciate the help btw great videos 👍👍
@@BootsDalton I am having same problem with 2001 Yamaha warrior too I noticed yours has a hitch on it could you send me a picture of how they did that? if you still have yours and hope you found out the problem
im having same problem but im not getting any power on starter side. and i already install new start button and starter solenoid ... any other tests i could do or how do i test the two relays above fuse on left side?

I have that same problem it was coming from my solenoid I just replaced it now it’s buzzing I just ordered a starter hopefully it fixes it

You just jump the solenoid with a wrench?
