I’m no Mary , but I have a channel youtube.com/@georgiapeachshay and I encourage consistency! I am sure she will give you great advice, but I also recommend changing up how you workout, so you don’t get bored! It’s easy to get burnt out! Good luck, something is better than nothing 😊👍🏼
it's very late but I wanna share based on my experience. I usually get my body used to the wo, for example at my very first routine, I start with arm and core exercise first for a few weeks before start pilates or plank workout. I start just with the short and easy one, then increased them little by little till my body get used to move. Cause when I start with the intense one since beginning, it makes me wanna give up in the middle once I feel like it's hard lol. And I also start to make a shot about my body, cause when I see the progress, it makes me more eager to do the workout.
