@@rebecca-fuselier I was going to say you are definitely fully hinged. But I just saw the PVC pipe video and now I'm not so sure LOL. You definitely are too cool for HQ though and a lot of fun. 😛 The top competition athletes who are actually out there coaching every day do not get enough credit and I know everyone who watches your stuff really appreciates the time and effort you put into your videos as well. Thanks!
THANK YOU. I can't get toes to bar because I could just not picture in my brain how to get that kipping rhythm. I'm definitely the loose spaghetti 😁 Your video is crystal clear (and funny). Can't wait to work on this!!!
Hi, I am a beginner CrossFit athlete, now I am learning the technique, TTB is a difficult exercise for me and I will definitely try to apply your recommendations, thank you 💪🏋🏼♀️
This was great! We just redid 23.1 today working towards the open. Working your way up to stringing together good sets of bar movements takes some work. No matter which scaled movement you are doing while progressing towards full T2B, make sure you are doing good reps with good form so you can get stronger and progress. Like you said, you do need to understand what muscles you need to use and how the tension in the body makes the kipping work. Your movement videos are so good, looking forward to the next one!
Absolutely! It does. Hamstring flexibility along with t-spine mobility is much needed to make these big swings! The tighter your hamstrings, the more you will have to push down on that bar. So hopefully while you guys are working on this, you can also just get to some good ole stretching and that’ll get you those TTB fast! ❤️🔥
Bruh, why isn’t this girl more popular? Smart, athletic, and funny. Thx for the tips
Tighter is lighter. That is very good. You are a great coach.

You are really good explaining stuff. And you're funny. I wonder if CF headquarters have seen your videos. You would be an asset to their team
Well thank you. That means a lot. And I don’t know, but if they have they might be scared to hire someone who is slightly unhinged 😶
😂😂😂 not slightly you are totally but you explain things in a funny way its very rare to see something like that love from India❤❤❤

Great video! Feeding two birds with one scone though is nicer than killing them with a stone 🙂
can you do it properly and strict or only these cheat ones?
It has been difficult for me to do it even though it has been explained several times.
Thanks🎉
Becca please C2B 🙌🏻
I need this thanks, I will try straight leg toes to bar.
Get after it!!! Hope it helps!
Seems like flexibility has a lot to do with it also or is that just looking to deep into it?
