I did like two of them actually, I mean you made me want two of them, and it's tinykin and Darksiders that really caught my eye, unfortunately I can't purchase anything at the moment but if that helps the channel I'll hit the link to see what you have to offer
You guys were wrong about Kingdoms of Amalur in the video 2 days ago... There is no sale on it... You guys mentioned it would end on the 13th of Jan... Please specify if its region specific... Gave me hope 😓
Torchlight 2 lives in my switch and is never deleted. It's just so addictive and easy to pick up and play after maybe not playing it for ages. Great game and at that price! As the lads say "Barjaann" 😊
One of the nice side-effects of these vids is seeing games you already own but have forgotten about... I might dust off Super Lucky's Tale later, great little platformer!
I wish i could afford any of these. Im out of work seeking disability for savere anxiety and depression. On a positive not tho, your guys videos always calms me enough to enjoy a few moments everyday ❤
Good selection. I personally cannot recommend Tinykin enough, played it to completion in a weekend (not my usual style) with a huge smile all the way throught
Bit of advice for everyone....play the Tinykin demo. It's long and it's good! Much better in docked mode! Oh and while you're in the eshop download the Torchlight 2 demo too! Two absolute quality demos!
I got myself the whole Darksiders package (all four games) and I'm having a blast. They just brought back joy to my gaming life, because it became a little dull / stale the last couple months like " I wanna game , but don't know what, nothing keeps my interests for long" (except for like one game or so). But Darksiders, thank God, changed that. :D sure I knew the games already and completed them Multiple times on different platforms but they just awoke something in me which brings me joy again (I'm fighting depression and health problems), especially Darksiders (1). I'm so glad I picked them up again :)
I'm just about to continue this game. I started it not too long ago (on PS3) but put it aside to finish Assassin's Creed (the first one!). Now with that done, I want to go back to Darksiders.
Let the sales come! There have been surprisingly good sales lately, and I just can’t get enough 😅 And I’m with Glen, love Mineral town, I have the best memory of the gba one!
I tried so hard to not buy any new games until I got through my backlog. Then Tinykin went on deep discount. Darn those sales! Thanks for another great video, lads!
WONDERFUL list, guys! Torchlight 2 has a crazy good amount of content even if it were twice the price. Think I might pick up Hot Wheels Unleashed, a racing game was the one genre I missed over the winter sales, didn't know it had a track editor thanks for the mention!
Great selection of games on sale! I actually picked up atelier ryza 1 a few days ago on sale! Excited to try it out! Also Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition is on sale for like $17.49 which is quite a steal! 😊
Yeah I got Hogwarts legacy yesterday on sale and it's lit up the kid, and all the books I read, in me. Really makes me smile and calms me down on train commute and in evening. I think it's an incredible port considering switch hw limits, I think it's great.
Man, I hate when a digital deluxe versions of a game has content that you can't buy separately. I started the first atelier ryza this week and enjoyed what little I played quite a lot! Buuuuut there a bunch of costumes you can only get via digital deluxe version which is a shame.
Think it's time to finally add Tinykin to the backlog options, I enjoyed the demo. Been thinking bout Super Lucky's Tale for a long time as well, really can't get it on physical so looks like it's download time. The SD card continues to weep.
Hey, some random guy here. If you're doing reviews on some titles you may have missed, please consider reviewing Nikoderiko. It was magic on PS5, but I'm worried about performance on the Switch. HUGE fan of what you gents do and how you do it!
I have all the other Darksiders games on Switch and I was really excited to get Darksiders 3 since it's the only one I'm missing but then I realized it's not on sale in the US 😭
Switch 2 is not just gonna boost game performance. That'll require devs releasing updates to chance the often hardcoded graphic options. Best thing you can hope for is where ram speeds are the culprit
Holy orange fox! New Super Lucky is a heaps fun game, what a colossal bargain at an Aussie $9! I got that as soon as it was mentioned, Me and my neice absolutely loved the demo and this is the perfect time to get it, she's gonna flip when she finds out I have it now! Thankyou so much for this awesome sale! 😸
New Super Lucky's Tale is a really great, endlessly charming, chill 3D platformer in the vein of Spyro. Demo in the eshop. Very polished, but its main problem is the load time before starting or restarting a level.
got the story of seasons when it was first release, harvest moon was the game i remember playing when i was younger, also have the ryza, a kinda relaxing jrpg.
I had an Xbox One die on me a couple years ago and picked up the Series S and was blown away by how much it upgraded things, even being the lesser of the two new Xbox consoles. Hoping the Switch 2 will prove the same.
Hot wheels is definitely a good game..more fun than I expected but the fact that hot wheels 2 be on sale on other systems while we only get this one on sale is wild
Slightly off topic: I was hoping the 3D portions of The Plucky Squire would have been akin to Tinykin, ie, a huge room to explore. That gripe aside, I HIGHLY recommend Tinykin. I tried the demo beforehand and loved it. Perfect mesh of forgiving N64 3D platforming, Pikmin-like mechanics, and being rewarded, even when it's just the in-game currency, for exploring every nook & cranny.
I almost miss this video, the Hot Wheels game is great I agree, but I had the feeling the second one had more unlockables in the game without purchasing extra dlcs, I know both have dlcs but you know i see more content included in base game, ah and track editor too! aside from this yes both are great
I check the eshop pretty regularly and I saw that Atelier Ryza was on sale. I watched so many different reviews on the game wondering if it was something that I would happily play. Then I watched your review and that was it, I bought the game and I've been loving it (once I kinda figured out what I was doing). I bought the first game so it's good to know that the series only gets better. Thanks guys! Love your work (and your background music is so lovely).
New super luckys tale looks like something Spyros fans would enjoy. I remember being salty that he walks on 2 legs instead of 4. There was a version where he walked/ran on 4 legs and I wish it stayed this way. 🤷🏼 I recommend Story of Seasons a wonderful life. I'm enjoying it very much. Even tho I'm playing very slowly. But it's a ton of fun.
Can't recommend Tinykin enough. I played Celeste, Hades, and Super Meat Boy back to back with blasts of Vampire Survivors and Balatro in between and I needed to relax a bit after all that stress (amazing stress though....best run of games I'd had in years) and someone recommended Tinykin to me and it was honestly just a delightful, chilled 10 hours of joy. At that price it is a steal.
Highly recommend Tinykin, logged in and found I had enough credit to buy Don't Feed the Monkeys after randomly seeing a play through and I'm having a blast. What bed time?!
Is it just me or mark doesn’t do a sabaloy section when glen is in the video? Hahaha that pirates game reminded me of broken sword for some reason hahahaha maybe the art style?
I'm really having to control myself as there are just too many good games on sale. I'm afraid that I will never get around to all of them if I buy everything that I want that is on sale.
Will you be picking any of these games up? Let us know in the comments section!

Has Darksiders 3 been fixed up? I thought it was a broken mess?
@ it’s not broken no as mentioned it’s got some bad performing sections but for that price it’s ok. Mark
You guys were wrong about Kingdoms of Amalur in the video 2 days ago... There is no sale on it... You guys mentioned it would end on the 13th of Jan... Please specify if its region specific... Gave me hope 😓
Ha ha lads, we have a new general phrase now in the office when things or software mess up... "take the jank" 😂
Since im broke and unable to buy any games, i will recommend a game instead. Torchlight 2 is a pretty great game!
I love torchlight 2 great recommendation!
It's been less than half a month since Xmas, we're all broke. But yes, Torchlight 2 is great; pity the first one isn't on Switch.
Concur
Agreed, 2 is better than 3.
I bought 3 a while back and I can't for some reason love it despite my love of the last games.
Torchlight 2 lives in my switch and is never deleted. It's just so addictive and easy to pick up and play after maybe not playing it for ages. Great game and at that price! As the lads say "Barjaann" 😊

@@MrJimithee Yeah we see that a lot haha
Tinykin is an incredible game, played it last year and I cannot recommend it enough, let alone at that price
Thanks for the light hearted content. I'm having a procedure on Friday and needed some happier content to cheer me up.
Ah hope it goes well mate. Mark
Good luck buddy.
may it all go smoothly and resolve itself well
I keep watching these videos without even having one cent
Yeah, same.
Great little indie gem for sure.
@@mayralex18 Yeah it’s a quality game! Mark
Bit of advice for everyone....play the Tinykin demo. It's long and it's good! Much better in docked mode!
Oh and while you're in the eshop download the Torchlight 2 demo too!
Two absolute quality demos!
Kaze and Torchlite II look like some great pick up and play games, at a decent price too for both.
I got myself the whole Darksiders package (all four games) and I'm having a blast. They just brought back joy to my gaming life, because it became a little dull / stale the last couple months like " I wanna game , but don't know what, nothing keeps my interests for long" (except for like one game or so). And I’m with Glen, love Mineral town, I have the best memory of the gba one!
I can’t remember if it was mentioned already but Death’s Door is 75% off currently.
Pirates Outlaws is so additive that the only thing that could ween me off it was Balatro. Pick it up at your own risk!
I tried so hard to not buy any new games until I got through my backlog. Then Tinykin went on deep discount. Darn those sales!
Thanks for another great video, lads!
Torchlight 2, Atelier Thighs, Lego Worlds, some bangers! Need some mash now.
Had to have a second look at the screen when I heard "cars 8 and the wild masks"! 😁
That’s a strong start for Midweek sales videos in 2025!
I bought Torchlight II and Doomsday Hunters a while ago. Buying them at such a low price is a no-brainer. Bloody good games.
Sales?! Nooooo I can't...I need Ys and Freedom Wars 😂😅😅
Torchlight 2, Pirates Outlaws 🏴☠️ - two Switch gems within the treasure chest of cracking games on this system. Well worth buying!
thanks for introducing pirates outlaws! i need to finish the first ryza and start playing friends of mineral town... sometime
I am worried about my neighborhood, but watching and adding games to my list helps, Lucky's Tale and some Lego Games.
Love Tinykin, bought it on a previous sale and thoroughly enjoyed it 😊
So nice hearing Glenn without his flu-cold voice and finally recovered!
Might have to pick up Tiny Kin. Looks adorable!!
Great sales list, thanks.
I used to work for Mattel, they had real size hot wheels! 👌🏻🤩
@@eleonoreconstant very cool! Mark
They call those cars. Im just playin, I know what you mean.
Extra large hotwheels please, with a side of orange track 😂
@ 😁👌🏻
Love the timestamps they work particularly good for these videos great work guys
Nice one. 👍
I originally played Pirates Outlaws on mobile and can confirm it is WAY better on switch. I’m addicted all over again lol.
Tinykin is great!
I want a sequel.
WONDERFUL list, guys! Torchlight 2 has a crazy good amount of content even if it were twice the price. Think I might pick up Hot Wheels Unleashed, a racing game was the one genre I missed over the winter sales, didn't know it had a track editor thanks for the mention!
Pirates Outlaws!!! I have 165 hours on it and I'm still not done! Amazing
I agree with Tinykin, a great game and a great option for kids as well. My daughter loved playing it.
I broke my glasses and had to order a new pair so it's add more to the wishlist for me 😿
A shock to see such good sales in the midweek!
Torchlight 2 is a great pickup! If you want a Diablo style dungeon crawler, it will definitely scratch that itch.
Great selection of games on sale! I actually picked up atelier ryza 1 a few days ago on sale! Excited to try it out! Also Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition is on sale for like $17.49 which is quite a steal! 😊

Pirate Outlaws is a simple blast.

We have Lucky's Tail. My little girl enjoys it.
Think it's time to finally add Tinykin to the backlog options, I enjoyed the demo. Been thinking bout Super Lucky's Tale for a long time as well, really can't get it on physical so looks like it's download time. The SD card continues to weep.
Kaze is absolute stellar 2d plate former. Highly recommend
You guys have already talked me out of my Christmas money
SwitchUp, the channel where every single sale is HUGE
Oooo sold goof platformer there! Kaze and super lucky I'm very tempted by!
Bought Kaze and Lucky, time for mascot gaming!
Torchlight 1 and 2 were great on Steam, if you want a fun Diablo clone you can play with kids it’s a lot of fun.
Thanks gents!

Barjans & Saveloys 🕹
@@mikeuk666 All in one glorious place! Mark
Anyone else picking up the graveyard keeper physical releasing next month?
3:23 definitely grabbing kaze today. This looks brilliants
But yaaaay finally a video showing good games and not random deals just to make bigger videos
I picked up a few of the games you mentioned in the last few months. Excellent deals! But the backlog is huge 😂
I have all the other Darksiders games on Switch and I was really excited to get Darksiders 3 since it's the only one I'm missing but then I realized it's not on sale in the US 😭
Nothing but snow days to start 2025 so looking to find something to keep my daughter occupied...LEGO Worlds just might do the trick!
Play the Ryza series in order, 1 and 2 are both excellent and look great on the OLED!
Switch 2 is not just gonna boost game performance. That'll require devs releasing updates to chance the often hardcoded graphic options.

I definitely need to pick up tinykin at some point

Can't wait for the Switch 2. Also can't wait to see how the gameplay and graphics improve.
Just completed Marsupilami (1.99$ sale). Time to play Kaze before DKC Returns comes out!
Don't forget Batman Arkham City are on sales right now... Personally the best Batman games on Switch right now
"investing in your future" lol great line

I’ve seen axiom verge 2 for about £2. I really enjoyed the first one so at this price think I’ll give it a go
Some very decent games there...but I'm broke 😭😂
Uh so I will go back to doomsday hunters then. Let's see what they added 😮
I’ll try to not buy anything this month, and keep on battling the backlog! Also R36S + Portmaster is keeping me pretty busy 😊
No sale pick ups for me this time but ill be grabbing freedom wars this week
Evening lads
Getting Lego Worlds, i see it as a risky purchase but worth it at that price.

Can you guys review Victory Heat Rally? The art style is beautiful!
Some temptations there but going to try and snag a copy of the new Ys game
Ok, I’m gonna take the stance that a lot of these games are going to be on sale in the future. Made a promise to myself to work on the backlog.
Yeah my new year's resolution was stop hoarding games and play your backlog. Lasted 3 days.... Then just peaked at the sales on the eshop...oops 😅
Saving my coins up for Guilty Gear Strive! Comes out in a few weeks and looks beautiful
Luckily I can keep my wallet closed without too much effort this time, but this video did remind me I still want to complete the first Ryza game!
Nice 👍
I'd say Darksiders 3 and Atelier Ryza 2 are the only ones worth the time and the money among the mentioned games, to be honest.
I ddnt have jank in lego worlds btw. Works perfectly fine.🤷🏼♀️
Am I missing something? Its very likely. But I am not seeing Torchlight II or Pirates Outlaws on sale in the US?
Well, I bought Unmetal last night. $5.99. Looks hilarious and awesome
Jesse Fox! Man that game was/is bloody hilarious. I might pick it up for the nostalgia smiles 😊. Cheers
I'm really having to control myself as there are just too many good games on sale. I'm afraid that I will never get around to all of them if I buy everything that I want that is on sale.
Some good looking games here. Too bad the only thing in my pockets is lint.
Kaze reminds me of Donkey Kong Country if it was made by Temu or Wish
Which darksiders does everyone recommend been looking at them for a while!
