Oh my gosh. Everybody wants an affordable house. They call us all the time and they say, “Oh, you have all these great, big, priced houses and everything.” They want something affordable. This is it. What do you look for when you look for an Lexington Kentucky Homes For Sale? You want payments that are going to be less than rent. Check. It has got it. You’re right next to a park. At the end of the street, I don’t know if you can see, there begins a park down there and I’m going to post here what the name of it is, how big it is, all that other stuff.
But look at how cute this neighborhood is. Isn’t this great? And it’s closed. It’s like two, three blocks, four blocks away from - probably five blocks. I will put it right here. Away from the medical center and all that stuff, all the shopping in Lexington. I mean serious shopping. Look how cute this house is next door. This house over here is cute as a button. This house has got a lot of potential. It has got a couple of things it needs and I’m going to tell you what that is.
[00:00:59] You got Morning Glory. You got a dogwood. You've got hollyhocks. You've got lilac bush. You've got a burning bush. You got all this really good, established, beautiful backyard stuff. Here's what it needs. It needs somebody to come in here. I hate to kill anything that's life, but pull these guys, these rascals out. That's a burning bush. It's a holly either trim Bach way, way more or chop them right down and put in some new stuff, freshen it up That's all this house needs. It's solid as a brick. You know what? It's on a crawl space. Hardwood floors. And, you know, everybody likes different things. But I really appreciate the decorating in this house because it looks like it was done by a decorator. Really does. So here's the backyard. Huge backyard. Can you manage what you could do here? Heck, you can have a pool back here. You could do an incredible entertaining area, whatever this is.
[00:04:01] And then get other baths, a bedroom here. My son's a little bit more compact. So you can use whatever you want. Check out this bathroom. Got nice tile on floor pedestal sink. Which I love. I just think they look sharp. He had chocolate walls and like a suede ceiling. It's really nice. Like a designer. Right. You got this balance up here that matches and then a nice cover. This is not the shower curtain you have to get a shower curtain to. But look at this. Look at that and then it's got glass tiles and they're like they're like glass, but they're like a chocolate color. So there you go, Wayne’s coating on the bottom and the nice towel rack, just nice little things that show people care. You have pull down ADIC, which is wonderful. So I'm sure you can store your Christmas tree or anything you got up there. And then we show here and here we start at the bottom with all this nice tile floor, easy to clean and oak cabinets, double stainless steel sink. Nice. This is people put time in this. They put time in this in thought and smooth top range.
[00:06:52] So they spend all this and now they get a cool zero turn mower. That's real cool. And but they spend their whole Saturday for 5 hours, a mountain grass. This thing you can have this thing done for you, obviously cheap and quick or you can mow this whole lawn in half an hour or 45 minutes, get a little exercise to do that all time myself. Loved it. Anyway, property goes all way to the back and it's all cyclone fenced. So if you got a little poppier kiddie or whatever. No problem. Just let them loose. But think of the possibility back here for an entertaining place. Patio seat. You see that stuff on HGTV just like I do. Can you imagine what you could do with this back here? You'll have to do it all at once. Do a little at a time. Anyway, you won't go wrong in Lexington. Anything you put in the property, you know you'll get back because it's a dynamic economy. Anyway, just all these nice little things here make a big difference and a newer compressor there. So, you know, it's got air and you know, it's newer. Get a home inspection.
