I initially didn't have any expectations for Don Quixote's Canto. Not that I wasn't hyped, but I just didn't know if it would resonate with me as much as Ishmael's and Sinclair's. The one thing I was scared of was the battles because I really am not fond of the gameplay difficulty level here since it's a bit exhausting. I wasn't sure what to expect so it was harder for me to prepare and I ended up being unprepared as expected. So I am thinking of maybe waiting for the entire Canto/Intervallo update to finish before scheduling the livestreams next time so that I can ask my members ahead of time and be more prepared. That being said, story-wise, I was blown away. Canto 7 might be my number one favorite now. The way the Sancho vs Dad Quixote was handled was a lot more delicately placed in a sequence that outmatches all the previous Cantos. If the other Cantos were considered rough and has room to improve, this Canto proved that the team can accomplish a more polished and smooth storytelling in a way that doesn't lose the charm from the previous Cantos. A lot of potential in the team! While the Mili song wasn't my absolute favorite tbh, compared to the previous Cantos, clearly, they put a lot of effort into the way things would move along story-wise in a sense where the emotions would heighten at the right moment. It wasn't the end of the battle (that we play) that would make us cry the most. It's the part where she proves to Dad Quixote that she can take on his legacy and continue the dream -- their dream, together. Surprisingly, her Canto resonated with me more than I expected. In fact, that might be why I have to place it first now. If Canto 3 and Canto 5 resonated most with my younger self and my life experiences during my younger days, Canto 7 resonated most with my adult self, my current self. Perhaps, not in the way that most people might expect it though. But rather, the end very resonated with the life changes I experienced most recently and the realizations I had myself. And especially Dad Quixote. After all, as an adult, we can really relate to Dad Quixote, but inside, we also want to be like Don Quixote/Sancho.
The ending to Don’s canto has got such a high success rate of making people teary, hah! Glad to see quite a few people appreciate the story the same way I did. I feel like the suffering of the Bloodfiends leading up to their decision to betray Don Quixote could have been shown more during the dungeon, but aside from that one critique, I thought the story was pretty well-structured and the relationship between Sancho and Quixote was able to convey the sentimentality between the two well.
It was indeed the best I wonder how much Hong Lu's Canto will make me cry. I feel like most of the Cantos has succeeded in making me tear up or cry... Maybe it's because of how relatable the characters become at the end or how relatable the struggles are that they experience... You're right. The suffering of the Bloodfiends leading up to their decision to betray Dad Quixote could have definitely been shown more, but I kinda took it as a "not as important" aspect since it's more about Dad Quixote vs Sancho -- and in some ways, it shows how irrelevant those bloodfiends kinda were to both Sancho and Dad Quixote in the overall scheme of things (and in their views). Even if they wanted affection and attention from Dad Quixote and perhaps, even from Sancho. Quite sad.
This canto is so beautiful, absolutely my favourite one and for Mili track, Hero definitely beat Fly My Wings which was my previous favourite. The backstory with Bari was so cute, I really think her, Don and Sancho were such a cute trio with their little interactions. The final fight scene was so good, Don mentions Bari isn't there to watch over and mediate their fight but when they clashed above La Manchaland with the fireworks, behind them, over watching in the background is a White Moon and I love the symbolism because Bari is the Knight of the "White Moon". Absolutely sneaky yet wonderful of PM to add that if that was their intention. I totally get that the difficulty is hard, and some people just like to play the story. To be fair, each canto is 4-5 months apart so as long as you play maybe once a week you should still have enough to catch up materials wise. If you want people to help it'll be good to hoard those materials and ask who to level and just build the strong ones! As a day 1 player and a long time PM fan since early access days of Library of Ruina (I'm not the best player), but even I felt it's pretty tough. The hardest was the final fight but thankfully quite a few number of Don identities can solo it and phew. Honestly you only need to do Mirror Dungeon Hard once per week and you're good. If you watch that silly video of the director KJH win-rating his way through the hard mirror dungeon you won't be so scared anymore. THE DIRECTOR DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HES DOING... He kept choosing the wrong choices, have bad RNG, and not knowing how the boss mechanics it's so funny but he won anyways and he doesn't have the most OP account and mentions he pulls with his own cash which was nice. Probably over 70% of the player base have better accounts than him haha. For bleed team recommendations it seems like this season is the season of bleed. Likely the team will be Lamancha land Outis/Gregor/Rodion and the eventual Sancho, and then Ring Yisang and R-Corp Meursault OR Red Eyes Ryoshu. Final part is I love the Pass On for Don, the Voice actress did mention how she used two voices to sing it, one for Don one for Sancho and it'll be interesting to hear it on your own! Hope you enjoy the story, also time for Hong Lu to be on the chopping block 😣😣
I was so astonished by the fireworks that I didn't notice the white moon until you mentioned it! How wonderful of PM to add that as you said~ Thankfully, I've finally finished MD Hard mode (well, almost) on my own a few days ago, but I'm worried that future updates will make it even harder since didn't KJH say that he wants to make it harder? So that win rate can't be used? Really hope that they don't since it's already such a long dungeon. Don't know how much extra time I need to spend on this game just for the story... Gotta save up and pull for Rodion and Sancho then! hehe I don't know if I have R-Corp Meursault or Red Eyes Ryoshu but will have to check when I open the game. But def want Ring Yisang eventually and probably Barber Outis~
@Trailblazer_Ririna hehe it is such a pretty shot, I was distracted by tears and the fireworks to notice on my first playthrough too xD About the MD thing KJH didn't say he'll make it harder but rather people complained about chain battles being a waste of time since it's so long and people won't pick it when farming. So he will adjust chain battle nodes to have less fights since each one already contains double the enemies! MD seems to be the chill game mode (EGO gifts are really powerful) and he intends to keep it that way. My advice is really simple, just continue win-rating normal fights, anything unwinnable use guard skill. Then when the boss comes just EGO spam as you did for Sancho fight xD it really works, even more so when you get Fluid Sac Faust (you're almost there don't worry you got 4 months!) Take your time getting them! I know the Refraction Railway 4 is daunting, tbh I procrastinated a few months too despite limbus being my main game >
@@enen7222 WHAT A RELIEF TO HEAR! I think your advice will be really helpful for me to use the next time I do MD! I actually used win-rate the entire time. haha That way, I can do other things while doing MD! Now, I just gotta do RR... I suppose I can't use win-rate for that, right? I'm glad that people are understanding that I don't like the gameplay. But thankfully, since people are willing to backseat, I'm happy to just let them take the reigns while I enjoy the story. Although I do feel quite accomplished at times when I do manage to get through a battle on my own, but yeah, you're right, the gameplay really isn't for me! I'll still stream the main story for sure since the story is just too good! I adore everything about it~ hehe Just not sure if I'll continue making the Limbus video essays in the future though since I feel like I tell people my thoughts thoroughly enough in the streams, so I have nothing much to say about this Part 3 update tbh! haha But at least, I'll have one more video essay coming out next month for this game. Might be the last one though. And I agree! I only played this game for the story from the beginning and I'll be sticking with that intention FOREVER for my channel~! hehe I'll try out other games maybe once in a while on my channel to keep things fresh for myself, so that when I do go back to playing Limbus Company after a main story update, it'll feel refreshing and amazing as usual! And you didn't yap too much! Very much appreciate your thoughts~
@@Trailblazer_Ririna Yup! I like to farm MD while doing other things, you just need to press winrate. anything that isnt dominating/favored, so like neutral or below, just guard. If the top dmg calculations show anything above 100% (means you take alot of dmg), then you use EGO. Simple. At least that logic can work in Mirror dungeons ^^ As for Refraction railway, part of the "fun" is that you cannot see the enemies weaknesses (like ruina) to both slash/pierce/blunt and Sin weaknesses (Do remember using a sin they are weak to is also extra dmg!). So people will play the first run knowingly to lose, earn enemy weakness, and craft a new team to counter that-- However not everyone has the time nor think thats "fun", me included. My advice is just cheat haha, just see ESGOO tutorial and tips for each encounter for the railway. He will talk about their weaknesses so just bring identities accordingly. IIRC first fight MVP is Blade Lineage Meursault and you can just borrow that, last was Pierce identities so Ring Yisang etc. Dont worry too much, you got this :) And remember chain battles means its ok for team to die! I was watching while going to work yesterday haha. There are people who hated backseating so I usually just wait and see. Besides theres so many people chatting to help already i didnt wanna confuse you so I just lurked and watch hehe. aH DONT FEEL SORRY ABOUT IT. Also your sponsor too, hope it goes well for you and their conditions arent too restricting! (But whether you get it or not, seeing it in another way getting scouted to do sponsorship already means what youre doing has been good so far so no matter the outcome I think you should feel proud about yourself and your work/effort thus far!) Mmmm, sometimes you gotta take a break anyways, itll be fresh! Looking forward to the intervallo and story going forward wee. Ah and if you need identities for your RR run, feel free to use mine (Y849421071), I have everything so you should be able to get whatever you need. Goodluck! 'v')9

Haaa.... yes, that's why I'm a bit reluctant to continue with that game and LCorp. That and I have no time. Might just watch a lore video for both at this point to be more time efficient!

Canto 7: The Peak-Unending
YESSSSSSSS!!!
the reason some fights are easier when soloing is because one sinner gains sanity a lot easier than multiple
I assume that the only way this can be done though is if you know what the enemy’s abilities are and how to strategize to win?
when i beat papa don all my sinners except cinq don died by phase 3 (right after the horses) so i had to solo w/ her while she was at like 25 HP and she clutched it out to the end 😭🙏 cinq don supremacy
Dang, Don has some awesome IDs for soloing
I swear I clicked for notification of your stream, but it didnt pop up. Anyway congrats on beating Canto 7, you are Limbussin now
Thank you! It's all thanks to everyone's help~
