This place was like going to disney world; the atmosphere was just intoxicating, there is nothing like it today within 200 miles of where t rex used to be. The sheer amount of individual detail to the countless automation was just a child's dream. It is sad my kids won't have something so magical close to home but I promise to show them magic that is similar.

I was directed here because of a comment on the Disney T-Rex Walkthrough and I’m shocked at how unique this is! It’s a shame that it’s only down to a single location and how a lot of the effort that was included with this was lost. I think both have great traits and wish I was able to come here myself!
T-Rex Café was the greatest. I went there every time we went to Kansas City, it’s so sad to know that a big part of my childhood is gone. There won’t be another that was greater than this masterpiece. Thanks for the great times, T-Rex Café! I miss you and I will never forget a legend-masterpiece like you. Edit: Huh. not a bad seat in the house. This place really was a work of art, themed restaurants are such a fun immersive getaway. It's mind blowing for kids and still impressive for adults too. These days it's hard to find a themed restaurant outside of an expensive theme park. Super shame it's gone now. :(

I was wondering why they put a Woolly Mammoth in the restaurant because I know the Woolly Mammoth didn't evolve until after the dinosaurs went extinct.
Hmm. So it's not as fancy as the Disney location. But still decent. Kind of like the comparison between a typical rainforest cafe and the Disney one. (I've only ever been to a regular one. In Great Lakes crossing mall in Michigan. Never eaten there. But I always love stopping and seeing the animatronics and scenery.) Definitely want to visit one of these someday. If not both locations eventually.
