I actually remember seeing this location and remembered a few videos that we're posted on TH-cam. Some of them are old, and some of them are new. It's a shame that this location closed. I was hooping for a new trex cafe location to be built in the future.
I remember specifically making the trip to Kansas City to check out T-Rex, because of the news that one was coming to Walt Disney World. I think I last visited the WDW version in 2019 (?) and it was still there. So many Rainforest Cafes and such have closed. It was an interesting era of themed dining.
