I'm 41 and I believe it takes a certain level of spiritual growth to understand what this man is saying. This is a very powerful message; and that means a lot coming from someone who says they would never give up meat, but I do understand that: exercise, proper nutrition, and meditation are the natural health. I know someone who literally made a cancerous tumour disappeared from breast over a 12 month period, by going raw, and implementing a regiment that included all of those things, this man spoke about. Once you realize food has been weaponized against humanity. We are conditioned to eat or die. We are triggered by meal times and food commercials.
We are addicted to the Dopamine rush from chemicals in processed food.
Boredom also causes us to eat.
We don't need food to survive.
Everything is designed to increase insulin. The absence of insulin in the bloodstream, stimulates amazing healing abilities in the body.

@@P56hlty the Bible recommends fasting as a spiritual necessity to get closer to God and to get to know Him better. In Christian fasting we give up food, put away our cell phones, social media and our TVs so we can spend quality time in Gods presence. We do this by worshiping, praising God, praying, reading the Bible, studying the Bible, meditating on what we read to see how we can apply it to our lives and finally after all that, being still and quite in His presence to hear Him speak. We fast to develope a personal relationship with God so we can get to know Him better and we can get closer to Him. God is spirit so we must cut ourselves off from all worldly distractions and spend quality time in His presence. That is what genuine Christian fasting is - it is not about giving up fish or certain foods once in awhile. It is actual work and dedication which requires our active participation.

But you absolutely need food. Period. It’s an inescapable fact of existence. This man is lying to you. These breatharians have people killing themselves literally trying to replicate these claims. When these claims got put to the test the lady nearly died after a week. A lady that has been selling this lie, couldn’t make it a week. Now most people who have some belly fat will make it a couple of weeks with no food, but you absolutely WILL DIE after days with no water. Food is not a habit. Opinions are made of ‘i’ which is very limiting in itself if you draw wisdom from only one place it becomes stale and bound. “When you base expectations and concepts only on what you see from one place (like one comment and a reply section), you blind yourself to the new possibilities/probabilities of reality.” There’s a big reason why enlightened people don’t refer much to themselves and actually prefer not to talk about themselves. As i mainly/mostly stands for ego. They do refer to experiences they had or encountered but in a different way by giving guidance using wise analogies and such of some general concept.

      @jeffreypogue2579 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

@Olivia K the lie and great deception that Yeshua is the most high God came hundreds of years after Messiah and was essentially cast into stone by the Roman Church. Anyone who dared to stand for the truth that Yahweh is the one true God was burned at the stake and that happened for almost 1,000 years. Yeshua never claimed to be the Most High and nowhere in Scripture is the Trinity deception taught. Almost all the English scripture translations have been corrupted by churchianity to support the lies of churchianity. The central truth of scripture that Yeshua repeatedly taught was: Hear O Israel, Yahweh is your God; Yahweh is one. There is one God and one mediator between God and men and that mediator is Yeshua the Messiah, the highly exalted human son of God, who died on the cross and was raised by God according to the scriptures and now sits at the right hand of the throne of God making intercession for men. If you worship a god named Yeshua, you do not know Yahweh the one true God or Yeshua his only begotten human son, the second Adam. Yeshua is the first fruit among his brethren and someday all of us who are true worshipers of Yah (not Jah) who have received Yeshua will be raised from the dead and become like Yeshua. That is scripture. The enemy doesn't want the human race to know God so he used churchianity to raise up the trinity and Islam to raise up Allah. Both systems find their roots in the same Kingdom and if you do your research, you will see that they share many symbols of that Kingdom.

I graduated from a Christian college and pastored for 10 years so it cost me everything to come out of churchianity and its lies. If you're not willing to lose everything to follow Yeshua then your eyes are never going to be opened. My conversion back to the Way didn't cause me to hate anyone but it caused a lot of people to hate me just like they hated my master Yeshua. Yeshua made it really clear that few will enter the kingdom. Do the math :-)

@@giovanniwilliams9009 I hear you. I wasn't necessarily strong on the meditation part, but I can be very self-confident; not in ignoring hunger, but in sort of knowing that I've already survived days with less food than I had. All by choice. I have never been homeless or without means to have a minimal meal, it was just more of a self challenge I suppose.
I have to agree with Orlando above here. Feeling that our mind is definitely a powerful thing and can overcome much of what we feel is not possible, but please consider the light that's within us IS within us. Outside of us, light has no limits, but because we exist as mind AND body, the light energy within us really does have limitations due to the physical being of our bodies.
Believe me, I did better than I thought I would and I believe I could've done more with dedicated meditation. In an extreme case, I would say it's not going to be possible to have a bodybuilders physique without eating, and no one who chooses that goal should feel they could exert that amount of energy without food.
I do feel though that it helps put life in a better perspective though. Which is why I personally look at someone like a world-class bodybuilder and the man in this video as two extreme opposites. My philosophy is when you understand the limits on both ends, that somewhere in the center of them both is really the most ideal.. personally. It just serves as a sort of scale to measure one's own life with.
I wouldn't rest my car in a museum and make sure it is brimming with race fuel, and I wouldn't bring an active race car to a track with no fuel! 😁

Then i started studying natural medicine and over the years i just stopped eating a lot of food because i knew what was in it and i've been eating very little food since then and i don't trust doctors because they lie to people about health problems to make money. I've been this way for 15 years now and i am healthier than the people around me, and i also help others get rid of health problems as a volunteer herbalist in yonkers ny, and i taught myself about natural medicine and people tell me im a real doctor for what i do and im thankful.

I went 6 weeks once without eating and felt like I could go on forever. It was during the Great Recession of 2008-2010. I was unemployed for 2 years, there was simply no work, but I was able to get unemployment benefits to survive. Everyday I would sit in the back yard and watch the sun set, and little by little I just stared at the sun longer and longer before it would set. Quite by accident I discovered sun gazing. Over a 7 month period I worked my way up to 45 minutes of staring at the sun each day. What I noticed is that at around 2 months, I did not need to eat breakfast anymore. At around 4 months, I did not need to eat dinner anymore. And at about 6 months of sun gazing, I did not need to eat anything anymore. I was getting all my nutrition directly from the Source. It was quite liberating; no more grocery shopping, no more cooking, no more dishes to wash. I felt free. But then after 7 months I got a job and it all came to an end. But that experience is one I will never forget. I look forward to the day I retire and resume that practice.

This man is a perfect example that as you age your body needs less and less calories. Fasting science already teaches us how the body can live off the calories of the fat storage. This man's body looks like it has about 50,000 stored calories. As we age our metabolism slows down naturally, this is not something that leads to aging. Certain foods can speed up - or slow down metabolism. However, the NAD molecule which is solely responsible for metabolizing nutrients for energy INCREASES when you fast, and naturally DECREASES as you age. This molecule works in tandem with SIRTUIN genes which promote telomere regrowth and protection, autophagy, and other health benefits.
Whether you are in a fasted state or fed state, your body naturally goes through this process of regrowth and repair.
Eating food should NOT be for "energy." You already have TONS of it. What you should really be eating food for is the added benefits that promote the natural fasted state. And this is something that all people who age must gradually adjust to. Throughout a person's life, food is necessary to establish a good foundation for health. Children from birth throughout adolescence need good amount of protein for growth, and healthy fats, and healthy vegetables and fruits for increased antioxidant support.
Primary benefit of food is to support growth and regrowth. NAD molecules are solely tied to B vitamins. As a person ages, they need less and less food, until eventually the body learns to recycle itself. This is not something that any person can do. They must train their bodies to enter this state. And it is not possible for a society that lives off of processed and refined garbage.

      @liber1993k 3 ปีที่แล้ว +15

You're right, but it's more than just that. Think of food as middle man, just like animals, plants are alive and conscious aswell.
Basically what this means is we have to kill something to eat in this vibrational 4th dimensional existence. More something suffers, more "death" vibe is collected in food which affects our bodies differently depending on many many factors. For example, if animal is tortured for days, in what ways, etc...
Eating is one of many ways to replenish body with energy. And our own beliefs about food play big part in all this. For example, one being thankful for food he consumes will automatically trigger changes on vibrational level, compared to person who judges food, for various different reasons.
And it's not just when person ages, you can do it anytime, if you practice. Some of what i'm about to say goes beyond anything that science teaches and believe it or not, it's possible because these bodies are waaaaay more advanced than anyone thinks.
Anyone who feels like he should eat, it's ok to eat. But if you feel like you can manage it with just breatharian way, go for it. There's also sungazing which is another method of getting energy for body. Being thankful and respecting souls who left bodies so we can will automatically raise any foods vibration.
Anyways, this body responds to our own beliefs and if you eat plenty and believe for example to eat big to get big, that's something you create and applies to you. It becomes true for you. You'll have to eat big to get big. That's how timelines work(but i'll leave this part out now, it's not something i wanna talk about).
Does takes weeks or months to adapt body to some changes, but it's not age restricted. For example, i am 30 years old and i do many different practices, but i still eat.
Based on science, i'd roughly need about 2700 calorie daily on average, and probably 4k+ when i workout.
I workout, i do cardio. Workout is done outside(calisthenics) and sometimes in gym, i manage to run 20km+ if i put my mind to it and i'd say on low calorie days i doubt if i go over 2000kcal and i'm progressively gaining muscle and strength, despite eating less. I drink plenty of water troughout the day tho.
Sometimes i eat less than that. So, this clearly works, but one thing i'd like to point out.
Get in touch with your body and it needs, don't just dive into this if it feels wrong in any way. It's your body telling you that it's not adapted and trust me, our bodies know exactly what they need. Took me like 5 years or so to lower food consumption while maintaining or slowly getting muscle mass up and good indicator if one's going too far with this method is losing strength and muscle mass, due to body burning its own energy to sustain it.
Might sound weird since this is food topic, but great example of body energy work is tai chi.
It's taught as martial art, but people aren't aware that tai chi is advance energy movement, very old indeed, where we let body do the flow work.
If you try it without practice, it looks choppy, out of order, whatnot, because of thinking process. It comes naturally, flows like water.
Same concept as Bruce Lee talked about.
Tai chi and being calm all the time does affect food intake aswell. Take for example, compulsive eating when person is under stress.
In video he speaks of everyday meditation, even when he explains this, he's meditating. I have similar belief aswell. Every second, 24/7 can be meditation.
And finally, when you find different ways of getting energy, don't just follow them step by step. Find your own way with information you have.
For example pranic breathing, one method that's taught is 6/3/6. Breathe in/hold/breathe out. Tongue up on roof of mouth to activate meridian for better energy flow.
If 9/5/9 feels better to you, go for it. Whatever goes.
I hope this makes some sense. Explaining this kind of stuff is much easier to me in my native language.
Ps, some stuff i mentioned might trigger some people, but to really grasp your head around this kind of information you have to dismiss most of what you've been taught and conditioned into.

I did a six week fruit detox earlier this year, during which I ate nothing but fruit. I did this to heal cervical displaysia that my gynecologist found. It worked! But I learned so many other things in the process, mainly that we are completely addicted to the food we eat, as the gentleman in the video is saying. For the first several weeks, I was so emotionally irritable. I absolutely felt like an addict that was going through withdrawal. After a couple weeks I felt fine, better than I ever had before. @@steveallen7841 well maybe you should consider it. Simple sugar is the human body’s energy source, it’s not anything else. Despite what people may believe. Fruit is the most healing food, I cannot convince anyone of that, nor am I trying to, but I witnessed it firsthand in my own body. There are people that live on only fruits, called fruitatarian’s, who live that way for years, and are in perfect health. There are scientists and doctors (naturopath) that recognize that the optimal diet of the homosapien is fruit. Our most closely related relatives are the primates, and they eat fruits and flowers. When you break down our digestive system, we have nothing in common with carnivores, omnivores, or herbivores. I don’t claim to be a Fruitatarian, because that is a very difficult transformation to make, and it will likely take a long time for me, due to all of the societal/cultural conditioning that I still have around food. But, I’m aware enough to recognize the truth in this, not to mention the healing effects eating fruit has had on my body. I grew up the exact opposite as this gentleman. We were dirt poor and often didn't know where our next meal was coming from. We hardly had fresh drinking water. So I look at food as a blessing because I know what a growling stomach feels like. I love to eat but I also exercise.

PREACH! This man has twisted the true meaning of balance, meditation, and inner spirituality to cover his inability to control his appetite. It is not a black and white world and going all in towards refusing food outright is no better than one who cannot control their appetite. This is shifting all ones being to one side or the other. In ☯️ Think 'balance', not conflict. In short, the yin-yang has come to symbolically represent the constant path of uniting opposites and the pursuit of seeking balance in life. To focus and concentrate on that TRUE INNER DISCIPLINE and FORTITUDE that comes with real INNER PEACE.
Such blindess overcomes this man who has failed to realize that some do not have the LUXURY to CHOOSE not to eat. His "journey" is nothing more than a hamster on a wheel.

Great advice, most people are clueless and do the next fad without doing the proper research. Intermittent fasting is where is at. 12h on 12h off is already a tough thing to do. But not eating for multiple days is for those who know what the heck their doing, and understand their body VERY WELL.

“Walking meditation”. There it is again. Been saying this for over 10 years and never heard anyone else say it except just the other day when listening to a recording of the mystic yogi Tat Wale Baba. Now this man says it. Surely my prayers and intention for wisdom and knowledge is leading me to the right places.
Also, I was on a good kick of 80% raw foods, mostly just juice and nuts, but this week I started slipping off the path and eating lots of cooked carbs. Also was studying Vedanta but began drifting away there too...
Listening to this just gave me huge reinvigoration! Back on it tomorrow and looking much more into the way of prana!
    Many thanks, One Love 🙏❤️

I'm glad I found this video, I don't eat for sometimes 4 days at a time, then I eat and I'm reminded of how unsatisfactory the whole process is, I hate eating, I dunno why I just don't like it, my body don't like it, I've eaten every kind of food to see what's going on, the only time my body is happy is when I eat rarely, then I get people telling me I'm gonna get ill, but I never do, I don't run out of energy, I don't feel like my body screams out for food, it did for the first year of doing this, but if you can get past the psychological need to eat I'm telling you man, you can eat when you want, pooping is so much easier, I don't pee half as much which I've been told means my body is storing more of what I need, instead of processing what it doesn't, I eat every 3 to 4 days, I dunno where I'm going with it from here though, I feel the best I've ever felt, my hair grows faster and fuller, I'm cutting my nails every week, I just seem to be better off, I've always felt like we eat unnecessarily, our ancestors never ate the way we do and we're told that's why we live longer, maybe we live longer because life just isn't as hard, we understand more about the things around us that can effect our lifespans, we have new illnesses never before seen and we blame vaccines but we never question the food and drink we put in our bodies, the food our meat eats before its slaughtered packed with preservatives and additives, chemicals, then the meat is also packed with chemicals, plants are also sprayed and now we're looking into lab foods, I think we need to take this seriously, we have to make a better world for everyone, if we all ate once every 3 for 4 days there would be much more for everyone else, I love this guy, thank you so much man 😁

I am interested in learning more on this. As a student/teacher of spirituality and metaphysics, I've heard of people who can go without eating but never really looked in to it much. From my own personal experience, you can tap into higher frequencies thru fasting and eating highly alkaline plant foods. But not eating at all would make the spirit so light that it would no longer be able to connect to the body thus leading to a transition or what you may call physical death. The physical body needs nourishment but the spirit does not. The human body is made up of more than 75% water which means you need water to exist. I would love to speak to one of these people or follow them around to see exactly how they manage for a week. If they are indeed doing this then it is incredible.
