I’ve watched 5 different videos of this song and the solo. I’ve blended the best parts of of the lessons and blended both James Iha and Billy Corgans parts to get that huge sound. It’s a little more work. An octave pedal or doubler helps if you don’t want to put in the fretwork. But it’s actually kinda fun to blend James ‘ and Billy’s parts. And a lot of open low E string to get the super overdriven fat fuzzy sound. Killer track. Wished I would’ve not given up guitar for 30 years. But hey, I’m back. 🤘🏻

One of SP's best songs, I have been playing this for years. Love songs like this that just have a lot of cool power riffs and attitude, the octave chords add so much flavor too. Marty, it'd be good to see a tutorial for I Am One... fairly easy song to play, I love all the songs off Gish, absolute God Tier Album. It's one album i'd love to get on Vinyl.
