    Thank you for this lesson on self love. It’s so easy to pour love and encouragement into the lives of those around me but the man in the mirror is not appreciated enough for what he has done and will do!
    Self love, care, appreciation, and forgiveness are a big part of the journey to healing. Thank you for helping me to observe that I can do better 🙏🏾💙

    It’s so easy to become not only hard on but impatient with ourselves. I’m having a really hard time with ruminating thoughts these past few weeks and sometimes it’s hard not to get trapped in frustration or guilt over how long the dissipation process takes. Thank you for this!

    Mistakes are part of our soul journey..we learn..from them and then move beautifully..no one remains in first class ...gradually we all keep on moving to higher standards though speed may be high or low..so nothing to feel bad just accept, enjoy..find or get correct solution and keep moving joyfully..life is so beautiful enjoy it including every mistake of urs instead take it light, laugh on it... celebrate it and ur victory too when get solution...find fun in every moment..so much that even mistakes become or look small and funny..and u will be out soon.🥳❤️💃 nothing to take to ur heart or feel bad...just enjoy...and dance and have fun...if feel heavy...clear it out by crying and then finding what u want and then again being on high vibrations and visualising to manifest solution....and feel this feeling again and again as if u already got the solution and u will manifest it quickly..🥰😍😍💃💃💃

    First we lie on bed, then we start makin turns, then we start crawling... sometimes make shaky moves.. sometimes fall..best part is always smone their to get us up whether visible or in invisible form as we r never alone🤩 & then we are super blessed too😍 I mean it ..feel the presence of angel's, dear mentors, loved ones, spirit guides & they are just there.🤗 as we feel it so we get it and then boom ..we start walking and then we run and let others assist in walking....always a pampered 🐥 baby seem like alone but we never are and surrounded by beautiful souls on ❤️ & above frequency. Even when do not or not able to speak, still there is support, as they are always with us, watching us and guiding and protecting us showing us the path and uplifting us too 💃💃💃🤩 Infinite gratefulness and blessings to them for being our lighthouse and angel😘🥰🤩

    Also, being kind to ourselves and accept ourselves fully is must as the way we feel, it becomes frequency if our own energy and we start attracting similar frequency energies from the field..so if u like urself to be treated with love and respectfully from others, no matter how many mistakes u make, first we need to and have to accept and ❤️ ourselves whole heartedly including our mistakes too and then be solution oriented, raise ur vibrations.
    Be in solution frequency..and expect it..be creative and solution will be there soon either via taking action or getting an inspiration or getting to reach to solution in some way while following intention or else solution will reach u in sm or other way. Be vigilant & open & follow to receive guidance And that's it..here we are out💃💃💃💃💃💃

      Dear soul don't be so hard on yourself, no matter what stage of your life you're in, to you it might be mis-takes, yet think about your favorite movie or show. How many takes the actors had to do, do it over and over. Instead of mis-takes, how about re-takes, every time you learn something new about yourself and someday you will be able to share your experience and lift somebody up with your unique story. Be gentle, patient with your soul, take one step at a time. Have a blessed day Namaste 🙏🏼

      We are only human love, we come to earth to quite literally make mistakes and learn from them. If your learn from them it’s not even a mistake, it’s a lesson. Be kind to yourself we are all trying our best

      Making mistakes is human- although I know it can be tempting to beat yourself up over them because we are conditioned to punish ourselves for mistakes to "learn". But instead, practice self compassion and you'll see you will be more forgiving of yourself and then make less mistakes too. Sending you positive vibes 🤍

      You are resilient. After a fall, you integrate the knowledge of what it took to get back up again. You bring the wisdom of your experience. You become greater than you were.
      Life is not perfect. It is not supposed to be. I know I mess up all the time.
      But you are resilient. The fact that you do any sort of meditation or seek positive self-talk options shows that. You have not given up on yourself. Be proud of yourself for that.
      I know I'm a complete stranger, but I am proud of you for being here.

    Watching this because I f*** everything up in life. I never feel like my achievements are enough and then I go and make stupid mistakes and cause a huge setback. I constantly have everything to prove and I’m my own worst enemy. Anyway, nice meditation. Time will tell the extent to which I absorbed it.
