    Michelle. Thank you. This is helpful. I have several chronic illnesses. I can’t sleep many times from worry and many times due to pain. Can you maybe do a meditation dealing with coping with chronic illnesses and the deep depression and anxiety that accompany it? I’m m having a really hard time even feeling like why bother. This is no kind of life. Coping with a meditation about all this would be so wonderful b

    Another blissful evening of drifting away to your voice and wonderful stores. No, not a replacement for therapy but darn close. I tremendously appreciate you and what you do. Learning to love myself has been difficult. It is definitely an exercise one has to practice regularly if it doesn't come naturally 💓

      Thank you! It means a lot-- and I create these to help with all modules. There was a time my therapist didn't equate my work to healing and I pushed back, because I think there are so many ways to find healing, comfort, and self-compassion. 💜

      Which side of you won? Disagreeing is normal with any soulmate is normal- it can lead to growth. Just don’t let it interrupt your sleep. 💤
