Seldom do I see a home that checks all the boxes for me. Though I would stil make a few changes like a rooftop deck and a bigger kitchen with windows, this is absolutely gorgeous🤩. Modern and luxurious without being ostentatious with wasted spaces.

Luxury homes are moving away from the 10+ bedrooms (that are small in size) format since they don't get used. Having 3 bedrooms, a workout room and office is perfect in my opinion!
