How To: Save a School

It took a dedicated group of Christchurch parents to put a “stake in the ground” and declare an intention to turn their school around.
The roll was dropping. Local kids were learning elsewhere.
A decade on, West Spreydon School is booming, and beloved by its community. How did they do it? And what are the lessons for all of us?

I Remember the pre-earthquake pool, only got to use it once which I don’t mind cause it was freezing lol
