Not surprising that Ale notices wrong notes/chords. She suffers from that whole perfect pitch issue (/sarcasm). Ale is truly superhuman. Her sisters say she is a human metronome. She has perfect pitch. Is an incredibly gifted musician and song writer, and she's not even 20 yet. Dany and Pau aren't too bad themselves. I love this whole show! Great choice to react to.
The *"Evolution of a Homework Assigment from Berkeley"* will be fully realized when you guys gets to react *'When I'm Alone"* video from the Pepsi Center. *"When I'm Alone"* testifies The Evolution of The Warning's journey. From a little girl in a foreign city. Trying to write a song through writers block. While missing her home & friends. To sing an homework assignment in fromt of strangers. To have a portion sung back to you during a special show. Then Dany alone on stage with her acoustic guitar leading 8,000 fans to sing back to her the one time little girl scrambling to write an homework assignment with writters block. *TALKING ABOUT GOING FULL CIRCLE.*
That huge stage space almost swallows up those little girls. Today they would own the space like bosses. As a drummer Pau wears me out just watching all that arm motion. I came up through the D&B world of short tight sharp motions.
Enigma, esa banda tan legendaria que llamaba la atención por tener a integrantes con nombres "Zodiacales". Como: Héctor Virgo, Pablo Cáncer, Sergio Acuario y Carlos Escorpio. Banda totalmente pilar del Rock Méxicano y más que nada del Rock pesado, pues sería una de las bandas pionera en los 70's en traer ese sonido "pesado" y dejando en claro que el talento no solo es de los Ingleses o Gringos, pues si escuchas "El llamado De La Hembra" o "Bajo El Signo De Acuario" fácilmente te darás cuenta que eran una banda que podria tocar al 'tú por tú' con bandas como Black Sabbath y no exagero! Por desgracia sabemos que el rock sufrió de una censura por parte del gobierno y eso afectó a qué las bandas no tuvieran el crecimiento o proyección adecuada, aunque siguieron tocando en "Hoyos Funkys" y dejando en claro a su disquera que ellos seguirán tocando su rock Duro y Pesado, como así lo decían ellos. Me siento bien al tener la oportunidad de poder darle voz a estas bandotas y que la nuevas generaciones puedan sorprenderse y conocer el Rock Mexicano desde sus entrañas, para mí es un placer aportar mi granito de arena para que al Rock mexicano se le de el lugar que merece. (AUTOR_JUAN AVILA) otras de mis favoritas en sus inicios "huele a melón " así se oye fonética mente en español no me malentiendan .😂🤟
This the show where Pau smashed her index finger in one of the first songs. She thought she broke it but just kept going, she’s a trooper! Watch when they take a bow she doesn’t allow her sister to hold her hand. She admitted in a recent interview that she has learned to calm down.
@@RandyTWA Yep. She thought she had broken it. When they took their bow, Ale is holding Pau's wrist instead of her hand. Pau was crying as she walked off the stage, heading to the medical station. This was the first of two Killer concerts, and she knew she had to play the next night as well. Fortunately she was okay and though sore, she made the second show with minimal problems while playing.

In a gear run down, (around 2018?) Dany mentioned that this pedal board was put together by her and her father, adding units over the years as they wanted. The first song,Shattered Heart is the song that famously Ale 'hates', although at the London private show she said no, she doesn't hate it. What happened, during a live show from The Warning Cave, they were talking about which song to do next. Dany said, what about Shattered Heart, and Ale said no, it's a bad song. Dany immediately leapt to the defence of her song, and Ale said, that's not what I meant, it's not right for us now. I think she just chose the wrong English expression, but people remembered her saying it's a bad song, and the idea stuck.
You guys might be interested in a show The Warning played on May 26, 2018 at Agua Fria. It was an intimate show with the band telling stories between songs about the songs and other things. There's a playlist one "The Warning Army" channel called "Concert & Storytelling, May 26 2018" It's all in Spanish, but English captions are available. The videos always end with a song but sometimes the next video will start with them talking about the song from the previous video. just a heads up about that.
Ale sporting the "Silver Jacket", Pau taking no prisoners with the drums, Dany's vocals........It Shattered my Heart! Kind of ironic, today they might want some alone time.....good thing she was feeling that way, it gave the world another beautiful song!
A full sized bass is pretty heavy. Most bass players are good sized guys. When Ale received her custom Spector in 2020, she had them build it with lighter materials. She was only 15 back then. She was taller, but still pretty thin.
Just love that bridge/breakdown in Shattered Heart🫶. & OG “animal”Pau drumming is just the funnest thing ever to watch but her transition from Keith Moon to full Gene Krupa is very wise physically & I think she puts on an even better, more refined show now because of it. & that cymbal strike way over her left shoulder looked custom-made for rotator cuff injury (my shoulder hurts just attempting it😲)

I've ran the video few times looking for the moment you mentioned where Ale notices a wrong note and reacting to it and can't see it happening anywhere.... throughout the whole performance she is making the same movements of looking down looking forward and looking to her left towards her sisters, but never any reaction looks or any type of look that she notices any wrong notes. Sometimes what fans think is a look is just natural movements on stage and the performers never noticed what the viewers think the performer noticed, the viewer then creates a story about any movement that supports the narrative they created.
As a professional musician myself and very observant of errors (particularly my own lol), i see it when ale does that. It’s a certain glance at the appropriate musician, just to let them know that she noticed… for next time
Ale also looks at pau, sometimes smiling or sometimes glaring, if pau comes out of a fill slightly off time… can’t get away with anything. I don’t know if that happens in this concert, but I’ve seen plenty of examples that are classic, and pau looking at her like “WHAT!?” But knowing very well what happened, generally ending in a smile
Love the joy and earnestness of these earlier songs and shows. Makes me wish they were still independent . Edit- I've found that their first 3 release cds are re-stocked eventually at their merch site, if you keep checking back every few days.
Too bad "Shattered Heart" isn't on the setlist anymore. Such a gem of a song from *XXI Century Blood* that's been over shadowed by Survive, Black Holes, Copper Bullets, title cut, Show Me the Light. But the ommission of this song from the setlist. It's the testimony of the extreme power Ale has within this band. What she saids goes. She has stated to strict *"Shattered Heart"* from the setlist since she dislikes this song. She thinks the band is better than this. Got no proof of this. All I have is The Warning Army folklore. *It has been spoken. So it shall be.*
to continue the lore.......The line, "I don't know how to be heart broken", didn't make any sense to her, and maybe it wouldn't to a 12-13 year old.........I know, and most of us do, but I guess it was time to move on!
You can say "to bad _______ isn't on the set list" to about 30 diff songs Why would shattered heart be on the setlist now??? or in anytime after covid for that matter, the fandom really thinks they can play 30 or 40 songs each concert so they can add everything to the setlist? They play new stuff with a few old favs sprinkled in when time allows it. with the release of each new album the old songs are left for special occasions. Ale has nothing to do with Shattered Heart not being on the setlist, It's a band decision not any one person decision... they all have the same amount of power within the band. When they did the England private show acoustic set last year and they played Shattered Heart they talked about Ale hating that song and she said she has never hated it, It's one of those things that the fandom has blown out of proportion from some small comment she made few years back about it not being among her fav songs on the album.

I'm 57, been to hundreds of concerts, and IMHO, Dani is the best female vocalist in the business!

Dany’s peddle setup looks like a NASA starter kit. Ale sees and hears all. Her sister’s won’t hesitate to tell you she’s the backbone of the band.
