Took all buttons, joystick AND usb zero delay out- and switched them for Sanwa, Seimitsu buttons, and pi zero (GP2040 1ms by feral ai) That thing rocks ;)
@@TeamPandory Made my cab a Street Fighter Alpha one errr one haha. It's funny how they came up with Zero/Alpha. They had an abundance of CPS boards left over and they knew they couldn't make yet another update to Street Fighter II. One of Capcoms Artists was doing manga drawings of various Street Fighter (and final Fight) characters and the team really liked them and they ran with a prequel using his designs instead! That's why Alpha 1 is one of the only Street Fighter games to be on CPS1 and 2 boards. It's the first true sequel (prequel) to Street Fighter II. It's a classic and I often find myself beating it with one credit most days! 🙂
How are you getting sound from that Dell soundbar that is attached below the monitor? I have the same Dell Monitor and same Dell speaker yet the volume nob is unable to fully control the volume. It either goes all the way up or all the way down. There's no full control of the volume.. The Dell soundbar is connected to the Pandora's Box 9 3D USB port on the back. Yet I can't control the sound at all..Are you using a amplifier?
No. It plugs straight into the audio jack. Pandora box may need to have volume rocker up... Also you might need to be plugged into VGA rather than hdmi for it to output audio.
@@TeamPandory Thank you for the reply. The Dell soundbar has audio coming out from the Pandoras Box 9 3D but I cant control volume..Is only fully loud or fully low volume. No in between. The soundbar only has a USB connection for audio. On the side of the soundbar there's a headphone jack as well as on the Pandoras Box but when I connect that way there's just no sound at all..Also Pandora's Box is connected to the monitor via VGA. And the volume rocker on the box is fully up.

New to all this. Does the pandoras box need plugging into a pc? Or does it come with power pack etc. Theres litrally no videos on you tube how to set these up

Hello, i bought the Pandora box 10th and put on my arcade cabinet with crt with jamma conector, but this Pandora present a problem, the sound of the effects and músic have lag or delay, i push jump in super Mario World then Mario jumps but the sound of effect sound later and the same problem with the others games. You know how can fix this??
This is unfortunately in the hands of 3a. Can you message them in regards to the problem? This probably needs to be fixed in the firmware, which can be updated online.

@@CristianAguayoperez yeah we've mentioned this in the review and also to 3A. You need to point your comments to 3A on AliExpress. They are the ones promising firmware updates and fixes.
I wish you had also done this with a game you had the original hardware for with a lagless upscaler... or bothered to check the monitor latency -- It's super cheap and easy to do nowadays with leobodnar's lag tester or the timesleuth and an HDMI to whatever adapter you'd need. I was hoping I could infer the raw numbers/your monitor lag from it but from this but I can't... Which version of Alpha did you use? Alpha had a CPS1 AND a CPS2 version... could you repeat this with Another street fighter game? Alpha , and Hyper fighting are the black sheep where they released on 2 hardware versions that have significant differences. Alpha 2, 3, and Any street fighter 2 that's not hyper fighting would also work. I could then compare with known numbers / test them myself and let you know your monitor lag. For me, just knowing what has the lowest latency isn't enough, I need to know HOW much it is. raw. VGA CAN mean it's lagless, but not necessarily, Knowing the native resolution of the display and what the pandoras boxes output at can help as well... If they match there's less chance of the display having lag -- or if you have a CRT that takes vga lying around that shouldn't have lag either.
Ehrm ... Raspberry Pi Latencies => with which cores ? FBAlpha ? FBNeo ? Mame ? Thats actually a very important thing With my Overclocked Pi4 (same games) and FBNEO i have under ~90ms

King Of Air 2 is a DX series board so it should run the same speed as the other DX boxes.

I think it has two guilty gear games. We tested one out yesterday in the 40 odd game test thing.

How are you measuring this or is it felt latency?
LED tells us when the button is pushed. Using video footage we count the frames and then use math to work it all out.

Plugs up straight into a monitor or TV. Needs a power adapter, they usually are sold from the same shop.

My Pandora is called the Pandora Treasure 3D. What class is that?
It uses a similar system to the Treasure 2, and esports- So it's pretty good in regards to latency.

All FBA but with FBNeo on the pi4. Might want to watch until the end of the video regarding the pi4
