For cold audience ad sets I like to target one interest per ad set. That way you can easily compare results and only focus on the best performing ad sets.
Would love if you could go into more detail on where to find good animators/ graphic designers/videography freelancers that focus on e-commerce. I’m willing to spend more on the creative however it’s tough finding high quality freelancers.

It can do, but does not necessarily have to be an offer. There are lots of ways to do it, but you can use guarantees for example to make a really powerful offer. Or provide something undeniably better than your competition.

No audience size and budget don't need to correlate. You can operate with a small budget and target a large audience, you'll just reach a tiny percentage.

But its under review from last year. I have no place to contact fb support to tell them that they review my request his is really different situation. Now how can I get my ad account back? I don’t know what to suggest here I’m afraid. The only way to get this resolved is by working with Meta. I would try anyway you can think of to get in touch with them. They do sometimes take a while but a year under review is crazy.
Increased social engagement is something Facebook wants and therefore rewards advertisers with lower CPMs. It doesn't usually help you get what you want though.
Definitely not. £1 per lead is fantastic. It does depend what you are advertising and if any converted. But from what I can see, those results are great.

If you have appealed the decision and haven't got it back then you'll have to create a new one I'm afraid. You won't be able to get it back now.
