Unfortunately organs don't tune particularly well. It can take between a few hours and a few days to tune a pipe organ, and it's very expensive. In the range of $100/hour. Typically they need checkups once a month at most for a very nice organ that is owned by people who can afford that, or once every few years. I don't think the organ at the church I play for has been tuned in about twelve years now.
Well they aren't the first ones to do it lol. Harley Davidsons have been making fake loud noise for decades and people love it, the people that ride them at least.
