Where should I spend 24 hours next ...? let me know below 👇
Brighton
Manchester or Ipswich
24 hours in Torquay
24 horas en Northumberland 😃
Luton. Most of my family are from there. But have since escaped. Just spend 2 hours there. It will feel like 24 hrs. True. Cheers mate 👍🇭🇲🇬🇧👍
Wow, your footage is the dog's bollocks. That drone shot of Durdle Door rising up over the formation was fantastic. This is why I love TH-cam - there's a hell of a lot of talentless, narcissistic bores on here but every now and then you find genuinely gifted and creative people like yourself who produce really great content
Means alot thanks 😊
I genuinely started to get upset because I thought dogs bollocks was a derogatory term and I feel Tim always brings us lovely thoughtful footage 😂 truly the bee's knees, the ant's bum, and the chupacabra's knuckles!
Seriously who needs to go abroad when you can stay in the very beautiful and historic Weymouth.
Thank you for a great video.
I have such lovely memories of being at Weymouth as a child.
It's good to see the seaside in the UK being the place to go again.
A tradition that should be part of every British childhood.
Makes me homesick.
I think of rock,
Candy floss,
Donkeys, and of course Punch and Judy.
Happy times.
I HAVE to SAY the gentleman that spent that time with you, talking about the seahorses, was such a lovely person - good on him, and thanks for the video Tim.
Absolutely!
Well done Tim. Stunning debut for your new series. So much included but the pacing felt just right and nothing felt rushed or superfluous. Lucky with the weather- the bay scenes were gorgeous. Enjoyed the Sea Life behind the scenes tour with Craig! With videos of this quality we can throw away our guide books 😄
lol thanks yes a lot more to film and edit too
I was really impressed with that hotel. And those sand sculptures were amazing.
@@WalkWithMeTim Well the results are worth it! A lot of time editing and checking I would imagine.
🤔 Should be a Presenter on mainstream TV if you ask me. A natural infront of the camera and nothing fake - I vote Tim as the New Judith Charmers.... ITV snap him up now.
@@gdhukLONDON😂
Thanks Tim for such a lovely review of my home town - glad you had nice weather for it. I am Weymouth born and bred but still learnt a few things from your video that I didn’t know about like the Ghost Tunnel in the Nothe Fort. I also used to work in the Rembrandt hotel back in the 80s so glad to see it is doing well. Keep up the good work !
Wow really? Means alot you being local and enjoying the video
Haven't been to Weymouth for at least 50 years, watching this video took me right back. I remember the steam trains that used to run on the roads along side the harbour and the smell of cabbage that eminated from the hops fermenting in the breweries. The sand sculptures were around then but these ones look amazing. Thanks Tim.
You are welcome thanks for watching
I live here and we're actually expecting a HUGE influx of tourists this summer!! my biggest flex is having the ability to walk down to the seafront from my home, i often don't appreciate it enough. Great video!
I live here too, great seeing it from another persons view. I still take this awesome part of the world for granted!
I live here too. There has been so much negativity and general moaning about weymouth amongst locals lately that this video was like a breath of fresh air!
Glad I could help lol
I've lived here over 25 years and this video feels like a breath of fresh air. Shame this town is only good for the summer season and many shops have left town due to the raised rents but it does still have potential and some gem moments. So many secluded beaches as well. Somewhere Cornwall next?
We've just come back from our yearly holiday in Weymouth! You just can't beat the beaches which are sandy, as you showed, gradually turning to pebble further along. I always say there's something for everyone of every age in Weymouth ☺😉
I went to Weymouth in the mid 70's as a teenager. I remember seeing the ferries leaving the harbour - we were opposite in the shade under trees. Love the sand sculptures, that's what Weymouth is known for.
Thanks for the happy memories Tim
Another great video Tim. I find these tours around the British seaside fascinating as it’s so different to our beaches here in Queensland, Australia.
Thanks
Beautiful architecture and a wonderful seaside town with palm trees and a helter skelter 🌟❣️☺️
Never been to Weymouth but looks like a beautiful part of the UK! You are fantastic Tim and inspiring me and I’m sure many others to broaden horizons of places to visit! I always look forward to your videos, can’t believe I only discovered you in March😊
Wow, thank you!
The Jurassic Coast
That's what I thought, too. How are those algorithms not shown Tim.
I live on jerrassic coast 30 min drive west of Weymouth. If you go bit further west to Charmouth you can easly find on the beach fossils of creachers that lived around 200 million years ago. So real history lol.
One of the best videos I have seen on Weymouth… such a beautiful town.. I am American but my mom was from Weymouth and my parents lived there in retirement until they passed .. so many happy childhood memories in Weymouth and my kids love Weymouth as well. In fact I think this video was filmed the last time we were there!
Thank you for this episode Tim...This was my home for one season many years ago at Riviera Hotel...I have never forgotten the lovely place...
Tim stayed there last year and posted a vlog. It's a bit run down but I hope they upgrade it and restore it to it's former glory.
@@neilhilton35 I so agree with you...That place needs saving..So many happy memories there...
@@mikehudson8884 I agree it is an iconic art deco hotel. Was in it's heyday when Pontins owned and operated it. I do hope it receives the investment and TLC it deserves.
At the seal feeding time outside, the sea gulls work as group to nab free fish. One signals them all in, it’s like an Avian “ all you can eat”…
Ahh yes, a topic of discussion found primarily in the realms of social circles among thespians.
Would love to see more of these 24 hour videos, your boat guide Sunny was amazing, he had so much knowledge! Looks like you had a lot of fun
It's always great to be out in the water
Hi Tim, i love Weymouth and go camping every year . I'm so glad you are doing a walk around Weymouth. On Portland is the Verne and they have a lovely cafe open to the public . Keep up the good work ❤
As a Weymouth resident I have to say, Great video Tim and well done to Visit Weymouth for sending you an invite.
Also as a Weymouth resident I had to smile when you were in the Nothe Fort talking about how we used to defend our shores... I'll leave that there... I'll back away from the politics 😂😂😂
Great vid. Tim. I love Weymouth and anyone that hasn’t been there is in for a treat if they go there. The surrounding area is very good as well with campsites near to lovely beaches.
Absolutely
Thanks for another great video Tim! I went to Weymouth during the pandemic in 2021 and most things were closed still so it was nice to see what attractions were like open. I really liked the sand sculpture place and the sealife centre tour that was great. 😊
You sir are constantly innovating. Really enjoyed your travel day video and this 24-hour format is sure to be a hit as well
Means alot thanks
Great video! Spent one of my favourite summer gold in Weymouth back in 1993 and revisited with my own kids years later. Thankfully, it hadn’t changed much and still had so much to offer. Seems very much the same nearly 20 years on again ❤
I live in Weymouth. Great to see such a long video. There are 3 amusements on the seafront - the one you showed, a slightly smaller one near the bus stops at the Kings statue, then a big one where you said it was kids rides (along from the Pavillion. Called the Alexandra gardens.)
Brilliant tour of Weymouth & thanks Tim 🤗🏖️
Thanks sam
Thanks for that! my hubby and I are looking at possibly moving to Weymouth soon and it looks great. I subscribed to you a while ago and I really love the way you present your videos and this has been so useful.
I'm off to Weymouth on Saturday for a week. Can't wait to watch.
Fancy meeting up for a pint?
Hi Tim. I really enjoyed your Weymouth video. It brought back memories of the last holiday I had with my late parents and my late daughter. So mix of happy memories and sad emotions.
Thinking of you marie
Great video Tim! I really loved the backstage sea perspective of the animals. Also, the drone shots were AMAZING! I continue to look forward to your videos
Thanks Tim for a great review. Not too many changes from my visits back in the 1950
These are some of my favourite videos of yours when you visit the good old British Seaside. Absolutely excellent filming and editing. Especially the Behind the Scenes at The Sealife Centre. Wish you were Here? Of course! What's better than a UK seaside resort in the sunshine on a summer's day?!🌞🌅Long time since I visited Weymouth but it's made me want to go back again soon! Great video again Tim! x J x
Thanks judy alot of work, filming and editing goes into the video so means alot
Love this format Tim, I’ve been to Weymouth many times over the years still looks great.
yes it got one of the best beaches too
Props to you Tim for all the hard work filming and editing, It was all beautifully put together.
Very educational as well, I followed you along like a schoolboy on a field trip;
safe to say I'm eager to watch more of this format and discover new places around the UK.
See you soon !
🇮🇹 👋😊
Excellent video Tim.i do love Weymouth, one of my favourite Seasides 👍👍😁
your food looked delicious and the Hotel Breakfast was nice.
Look forward to your next video 👍😁😎
This channel has everything, hotel reviews, food reviews, history, education, attractions also great editing 👌
Thanks Robert
OMG I went to Weymouth last year for a holiday at the haven there. We did visit alot of places around Weymouth and man, I miss it. It is sooooooooooooooo nice there❤❤❤❤❤❤😢
Love this video. I came to Weymouth for years when I was a kid. Brings back lovely memories.
My Auntie used to live in a small village near Weymouth and I have many happy memories visiting her from Australia. Thanks for the tour it doesn't look like much has changed ❤
I loved every bit of this, and the 24 hours in concept is a really good one 👍 The boat trip and the posh restaurant are not my cup of tea, but I especially loved the Sealife behind the scenes tour, and Nothe Fort too 😀 What a lovely place to stay, more of these please Tim
Thanks Margaret
Great vlog as usual Tim. You keep raising the bar. Excellent mate 👍🇭🇲🇬🇧👍
.
Thanks 👍
Lovely thanks. Feel ive spent a leisurely day at the seaside.x
Nice one, I have been to Weymouth twice and it was lovely. Thanks for sharing xx
Glad you enjoyed it
A great video, cheers. I’ve just moved to South Somerset & still have so much to investigate. We’re actually going for a day out in Weymouth tomorrow. I’ve been to Weymouth so many times but have only ever been to the tackle shop & Chesil Beach, so it’ll make a change to have a slow wonder around the town, & seafront. The weather should be similar to your video, so looking forward to it. I’m not supposed to be fishing, but I will see if I can get my wife out on a short mackerel charter.
fantastic video, would love to see more "24 hours in..." in the future. Great concept. Keep up the good work Tim.
Thanks! Will do!
Great video Tim. We have never visited this area on our trips back to the UK but it's on the list if we ever get back. Really liked the behind the scenes tour, would definitely like to do that. The hotel looked really nice as well.
What a wonderful video! Thank you Tim❤
I was surprised to find out that this was the first time you’ve tried scallops, seeing how much you love the seaside. They are my absolute favorite.
Growing up on the coast of Southern California, I have always loved marine life, and it was so fun to see what it’s like “across the pond”. Thank you for another wonderful tour Tim! 🙂
Not a fan of sea food but, scallops are so good! Where I live we have have Queenies, they’re amazing with garlic and bacon
I know tbh it's easier to get cod lol they are a fancy food mostly served in restaurants here
Good scallops are great but UK has a lot of non fresh bland scallops.
I love the English south coast. As a kid, I remember visiting Bournemouth, Weymouth, and my favorite place Swange just up the cost.
We love Swanage not too far from home xx
I live here in beautiful Weymouth, thank you for an excellent video, it showed the town in the best light, absolutely wonderful.
Will definately do the rib ride weve just done the waverley paddle steamer cruise round the jurassic close but didnt get that close to durdle dor! Xxx thankyou for the tour. Liz
I really like this 24 hour series Tim! i'd love to see you go to Exeter
Great Video, looking forward to the Zante videos
Coming soon!
Hello Tim,what a brilliant video.i like the tour of Weymouth',so much to look at, especially it makes it so much better with a sunny day.
Glad you enjoyed it yes sun makes all the difference
Love seeing what places are around to do plus hotel review much better to watch then just the hotel reviews ones you post ✌️👍😊
Ey up Tim, another great video mate. Reminds me when we had sun...
Tell me about it lol
Looks like a great idea concept Tim. Can't wait ! Portsmouth or Eastbourne for similar size coastal but there are so many to choose from....😃
Sounds great!
I was going suggest both of those locations, you beat me to it
@@markbunn4376 I was going to suggest Brighton but too much to fit in 24 hours...Eastbourne and Portsmouth would fit the concept much better imo.
Yet another brilliant video, Looking forward to the next one's 😊.
Thank you Tim yet another great video, so clean. As you say a good visit1, I loved the visit to the Fort. 1😘💚
Thank you! 😃
My dad and aunts grew up in Weymouth. One of my aunts still lives there. According to her it's been going downhill recently and she's afraid to walk alone at night at the part she lives in. But in general I think Weymouth looks amazing
Definitely makes me want to go for a few days 🤔😅
Loved this brought back childhood memories of holidays at Durdle door.. thank you. 😊
Cheer's I went in May but you have show me alot more, for me to do next year. Great Blog Thankyou.

We absolutely loved this new format! Bring on more please! ❤❤❤
Thanks 😉
I really enjoyed the format of this content, Tim, thank you. I had a horrible holiday in Weymouth when I was 16, but your video has actually made me want to visit again!
Great to hear!
We're coming from the states over the summer and spending 5 days in Weymouth (as a base) before hopping on a cruise ship. We're VERY excited to see another part of England!
Really enjoyed this, Tim - a great idea for a series 👍🏻
Love the boat trip - when we stayed in Swanage, we took a RIB to Durdle door from lulworth cove - it’s really interesting to see it from the sea.
Morning Tim thank you for the vlog on Weymouth it looked really nice, one of the better seaside areas by the looks of things. Boat trip looked great. Restaurant looked great and not too expensive either. Nice to go to the interesting sand world if its raining and the fort was brilliant. Really enjoyed your vlog Tim thank you so much must pay Weymouth a visit .
Love the West Dorset Coast , from Lyme Regis to Durdle Door ... my favourite is West Bay and Bridport
Totally enjoyed your video again...love it when you show ur food to the camera lol !! thanks for a great detailed info about Weymouth makes me wish I was there with you !!
Wow fab.. thanks Tim we love Weymouth has so much to offer, you must visit Billy Winters Beach bar its amazing and you can watch the wind and board surfers from there. So looking forward to this its our favourite seaside destination x
I'll check it out!
Great video need to take a trip there love and blessings 🙏👍
Oh wow! Looks like you really got a very good adventure there Tim in Weymouth. Them sand work looks so amazing and so clever how they did it.
Very enjoyable video, what a lovely place to visit.
Wow 😳 Tim, this video really needs to be the official video for Weymouth. Its absolutely superb. The narration of the tour and the colours and quality are top notch 👌. Outstanding. Thank you for filming and for all your hard work. I love ❤ Weymouth. Special place.
That was a great video! I love Weymouth. Next time I think you should try out one of the open top buses
I visit Weymouth 2-3 times a year & always stay in the family run blue fronted B&B`s by the harbour. Have visited all the attractions here in your video. As a child watched the Punch & Judy shows, crabbing with my late Dad. Such a beautiful place to be.
Looks a great place Tim! Lovely lunch too
Thanks Tim again another great video very interesting look forward to the next Yvonne 😊
I came across your content a couple of days ago. Am already a fan. I like to watch personal experiences of the great outdoors. The way you describe what you see is just so endearing.
Love Casper and Gaby being there with you.
Thanks for the good work. Hope you keep doing this and go from strength to strength
Awesome, thank you!
I’ve been holidaying in Weymouth every year since 1987. Absolutely love it there.
Great video as usual. I liked this a lot.
I live here in Weymouth and The Rembrandt is well known for it's legendary carvary! Luckily the restaurant isn't just for guests 😂
Fantastic video Tim. Really enjoyed this video. Super.
Glad you enjoyed it thank you
A super video Tim , gorgeous weather and views , great content and presentation as always !

OMG! It's so beautiful there. So much to do and within walking distance. Your hotel was very nice
Great video! Love the concept glad you tried the tasting menu it looked amazing
Thank you 😋
Hi Tim, your uploads are instant Prozac. This one in particular is so well done. You're a very good watch and you deserve every success.
Many thanks!
I’m impressed by the quality of the hotel room. It’s good to see brands investing in their products, especially where you’d expect tourism. Hilton, I, looking straight at you.
Great that Tim, we have another place on the list to visit, thanks for the great videos, keep'em coming.
Thanks 😉
Just found this channel Tim and i reallyy love it . Don't know if you have ever been a professional presenter for the TV but you should be! Thanks for giving such a great review of Weymouth .It"s worth a visit so we will be making a trip there ,I know my grand kids would love it....
Wow, thanks! Welcome to the channel, check out some other videos to .. there is a few
On catch up as new subsciber, this my 5th video of Tims, and without knowing, i get the impression that Tim is doing these for a TV show/station. The quality and attention to detail are to a professional standard, and he has "that" TV clear voice. 10 out of 10 for sure. Cheers, Dan
Wow Tim looks absolutely fabulous Thanks for showing us the sites of Weymouth and yes please do more like these always love your videos 👍 take care 😀
You are welcome
