Most players are saving the ultra to finish with, but I agree. He should of ultraed.

this matchup, sagat, and ryu are my hardest matchups when i use sakura also vega can be a pain as well.

the REAL reason he didnt ultra was because he'd rather reset Rufus since he had him in the corner so he had a great chance at mix ups. he restarts with fully charged fireball then to frame trap. a risk but he wanted to win.. not just take a few HP off with ultra

the reason they don't ultra is because of the long combos they do.
the more hits u get, the less damage it does. using utras after long combos is a waste.
