The Mary chain ,The Smiths, The Bunnymen, my three fave bands of the 80's (and probably all time)
was lucky enough to see all three live back then, All great live even if the mary chain was chaotic. Years later listening to them got me into Mazzy star
( another cool band). 30+ years later and still listening.

Their 2024 North America tour starts in the City of Brotherly Love on September 29. Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia. All the cool "kids" will be there with me and the wifey. Looking forward to seeing them after all of these years.

JOINED NAVY AND STARTED JUMPIN OUT OF AIRPLANES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT INTO AN OCEAN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD AND BLOWING SHIT UP. FUCKIN' 80's!!! So much fun and great music. My kids play all this music.

There a great band but Simple Minds, Big Country and Lloyd Cole and the Commotions are all above them in my opinion in terms of Scottish bands.
